There is no way that you can make this right. At your suggestion I reached out to another dealer who had the part in stock and fix the problem within a week. This dealer was very courteous and respectful, unlike you a dealership. I was in the market to purchase another car and I certainly didn’t go to your dealership. I bought the car from your neighbor Mazda. Chevrolet I’m lost out on a sale. I am well known in the community and all my contacts in social media will be aware what kind a dealer you are.

You guys already know who I am I have been dealing with multiple different issues since day one. Gjon the only issue really with him during the time of sale could never get this guy on the phone nor to return a call. Then he was annoying y’all had to stay late the night the sell was going through. Very next week he saw me of course without a mask couldn’t even say hi and any other time after that. He must be selling so many cars lol. But my biggest issue with you guys is really with y’all service department! Heidi! Heidi! Heidi! Can’t believe a 2021 vehicle came with one repetitive problem that has not been properly addressed. How about I had to pay a rental since you guys didn’t have a loaner and the reimbursement 3 months later and counting I still have not getting my money back. Car was with you guys over a months ago ordered parts that needs to be be addressed still have not called me to bring it in to get fixed! Y’all had the audacity to have some technician go on a ride along with me to see how i drive to see if you can blame my driving as to why y’all breaking system in that truck is garbage but I appreciate that political response but y’all need to get that lady some people skills training or maybe because I am not….
