I feel that the deal that was agreed upon originally by the salesman was not what I was given. The salesman was nice and helpful but he was not good with the numbers and joked with “I’m not good at math” a the salesman was not what I was given. The dealership also messed up the new registration on the car so I had to contact the state on my own which was a gigantic hassle. I also do not appreciate being tracked down multiple times a week to complete this waste of time survey while I’m at work. My next car after this lease will most likely not be at this dealership! I am beyond disappointed at the service I received. I picked up my car on October 30th, 2021. My breaks started squealing a few months ago. When I took it in for service, the mechanic said there was nothing wrong. I pay a lot of money each month in car payments for a brand new car to squeal like that and to be told that there is nothing wrong. I am extremely disappointed in the service department. You should know better than to allow that kind of workmanship to be done and allow for peoples safety to still be questioned. Do better Millennium! I shouldn’t have to feel anxious driving a new car because you won’t take the problem seriously. More
