I was shopping for a 2024 Chevy Trax, so I went to Millennium Chevrolet because I saw an advertisement for $1,995 down and $159 a month for a 24-month lease with 10K miles per year. Anyway, I was gree Millennium Chevrolet because I saw an advertisement for $1,995 down and $159 a month for a 24-month lease with 10K miles per year. Anyway, I was greeted by Abdullah, a salesperson, who said that the advertised car wasn't in stock. Long story short, I decided to trade in my Audi for $3,000, and the remaining balance would be $3,378.72 for my down payment. So, I made a down payment of $500, making my remaining balance $2,878.72 for a 36-month lease of $350 per month for 10K miles per year. The next day, I went in to pay the remaining balance, and the finance manager, Tony, said I had a balance of $4,500. They added on $1,621, claiming it was bank fees. Then he asked me to meet him halfway and pay $810.50, which was ridiculous. However, the day before, Abdullah said my balance was $2,878.72, with all fees included. This dealership is very dishonest and I recommend people stay away. Abdullah is an okay salesperson but Tony, the finance manager, is straight-up a liar. You should stay away from this dealership!! Evasive, disrespectful and dishonest. The transmission on my 2022 Silverado failed and they have yet to explain what went wrong or the repairs that were made. My experience with Millennium Chevrolet was the best I have experienced with a dealership. I purchased a 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray through Mike Blaschuk. Since Mike has owned multiple C8s, he was able to have experienced with a dealership. I purchased a 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray through Mike Blaschuk. Since Mike has owned multiple C8s, he was able to provide his unbiased opinion on the many questions I had. He would always respond very quickly. Usually within minutes. There was never any high pressure or any of the BS that you get from dealerships. The Finance Manager Willie was also great. More

I’m here 3rd time for same mechanical problem only to find out they simply tried software reset and never ordered a replacement part. First time -“sorry we don’t have the part”. Second time “fixed, thank you Mr Heller”. Still not working. 3rd time at dealer - waited 4 hours “sorry we don’t have the part; will have to order and no ETA on that”. “ Wait what? I thought to replied it”; “no we did software reset because that’s what GM said to do”. So I’ll have yo go back a 4th time and no ETA on the part. Does that seem reasonable to anyone? More
