Went there for an oil change & have the rear passenger side tire checked because it has been leaking air. I asked advisor if she made note of it on print out. She did not and wrote it in. One would think that they would pull the tire and try to find the problem.All they did was put air in and said everything was ok. I was told that if low tire pressure light comes on again than bring car back. I informed once again that it been coming on every other day. She then asked if I would like to buy a new tire or bring car back. Obviously she did not want to deal with it today. I really can not believe this type of service. I will not be going back there again or purchase another car. More
Sales Rep Jenna Sims greeted us as we were reviewing the cars on the lot. She was friendly, pleasant, helpful and not at all pushy. I was not sure at the time which car I wanted but from my brother's revi cars on the lot. She was friendly, pleasant, helpful and not at all pushy. I was not sure at the time which car I wanted but from my brother's reviews about his Hyundai, I knew I was going to buy a Hyundai vehicle. The next couple of days I was out of town but I also visited two other Hyundai dealerships and finally decided on which car I wanted. One of the dealers the sales rep was patient and pleasant but could not come to a deal with his Sales Manager. I told my friend who was with me how nice Jenna was to work with and that I wanted to go back to her dealership. I returned to Millenium and spoke with Jenna and told her the car I wanted, the color and interior color. Jenna advised me that the car was not available on the lot but that they had it in inventory and she would go right away to pick it up and call me to come and drive it. She was efficient at picking up the car and promptly called me to come in to test drive. I did and was thrilled with the car and through Jenna and her Sales Manager we came to an agreement. Jenna literally ran her little legs off all day for me and I cannot commend her enough. The following day was her day off but she gave me her card with her cell phone number and told me to call if I had any questions at all. She was terrific throughout the whole buying process and I would highly recommend anyone considering buying a new car to go see Jenna Sima at Millenium Hyundai. More
I was very happy when Wendall Williams phoned me and told me to come in. I got to meet him and I was also introduced to Rafael Hernandez. He and the other staff were great and kind to a woman shopping alon me to come in. I got to meet him and I was also introduced to Rafael Hernandez. Had 7:30 appointment, but waited in line outsidein public street for over an hour until my car was taken in.
