Millenium is Great!!! I purchased a 2011 BMW 335i coupe from Millenium last week. Alex Torres really did a great job getting the deal done. I love the car. But judge a deal I purchased a 2011 BMW 335i coupe from Millenium last week. Alex Torres really did a great job getting the deal done. I love the car. But judge a dealer not only on the sale, but how they take care of the customer. I had a problem with one tire and rim. Sebastian the manager took care of the problem and proved to me that Millenium is a great dealership. More
WARNING!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A FRAUD WARNING. This dealership is a fraud. They owe me money from EXTENDED WARRANTY on the car what I buy at MILLENIUM AUTO CHICAGO because I sold the car WARNING. This dealership is a fraud. They owe me money from EXTENDED WARRANTY on the car what I buy at MILLENIUM AUTO CHICAGO because I sold the car before expiration of warranty. Chris Jr, is Finance Manager and he wants to keep the money for themselves. They also didn't say that car what I buy had a accident two times, they hide that in report. My advice, don"t go there they will trick you if not at the beginning ... tben when you want to sold a car what you buy there. And all cars it"s from AUCTION. More
I purchased a vehicle from them a couple of months ago and am definitely satisfied with not only the vehicle but the service as well! I usually don’t take the time to write reviews let alone read them, but after accidentally bumping into some of these reviews I really felt the need to, as some of these people are out of touch with reality! I visited a couple of USED car dealers in the area and the inventory was of the same quality (ALL car dealers get their vehicles from the same source) but Millennium’s was offered at a significantly lower price. The key word here is USED, so some of these vehicles are bound to have something replaced, painted or repaired here and there (you are not going to sit there and tell me that you were NEVER involved in a fender bender in your lifetime!!!). Also, no one is a fortune teller and can foresee the future, therefore just like with health (one day you might feel perfectly fine…..the next day you die of a heart attack) same goes for vehicle, it’s no revelation…..they break. If you want a guaranty, visit a NEW car dealer, although you might be surprised as well when a brand new vehicle with 25k that you paid a lot of money for, starts burning oil (speaking from experience). Victor, my salesperson was very cordial and helpful throughout the whole process….not pushy at all! Overall a GOOD experience and have not had any issues with my vehicle either…it runs great! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and become a repeat customer. I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion as I know from experience that some people can be bitter and seek vengeance, therefore take a ride and see for yourself! More

I was looking for an Infiniti and had found one that really caught my attention. In other words, the price was right and the mileage was right. Now, I live in Indiana, so I gave this dealer a call and really caught my attention. In other words, the price was right and the mileage was right. Now, I live in Indiana, so I gave this dealer a call and they told me that they had that particular car in stock. I packed up my wife and one year old child and we made the three hour drive to chicago to see the car, which might I add, I was very serious about purchasing (if everything checked out, of course). When we arrived we found that there was an over abundance of inventory, but there was no place to park. A lady came out to greet us, but the first thing she asked is if we would get our car out of the lot and park down the street. So, I parked down the street, unloaded my wife and child and we walked back to the dealer. I asked to see the car and she said it wasn't here, but that someone was driving it. She assured me that it would be back the following day. I was furious. My wife went to ask them to direct us to a place where we could find another Infiniti to look at. They then told her that they had another lot and were now going to bring the Infiniti of interest for us to see. She came and told me the news so I got back out of the car and began to wait for the car to show up. A young man approached and asked if he could help and I told him I was waiting to see the Infiniti. He told me that the car was not here, but in the body shop getting some rear end damage repaired. That made me really want the car (sarcasm). At least he was honest. I cant believe that I spent six hours round trip and waisted my one day a week off to see a car that didn't seemingly exist. How dare they! Nobody even seemed as though they cared. I feel as though they should have at least offered me gas money to cover their empty promises. What kind of chop shop is this? Very unsatified customer in Indiana More
These guys are the cheapest car dealer in Chicago for a reason. Indeed they are selling damaged vehicles that have been fixed. We all want to believe we are getting this unbelievable great deal and Primo reason. Indeed they are selling damaged vehicles that have been fixed. We all want to believe we are getting this unbelievable great deal and Primo feeds on that saying "clean carfax" and leads you to believe it was never damaged. Just remember, you get what you pay for and a dealer that has ALL of his cars priced lower than every one else and has a body shop across the street - is probably using it. As long as you know what you're getting into it is fine. Just don't think that the car has never been damaged, as it probably has. More

First of all GREG WORKS AT THE DEALERSHIP!!!! He is the one that sold me a defunct and body Damaged Car. He Claimed the care was work 8,000 on resale and showed me blue book value for the car. Showed me ca one that sold me a defunct and body Damaged Car. He Claimed the care was work 8,000 on resale and showed me blue book value for the car. Showed me car fax it was clean. Told there was no damage and put no Gas in car so could not do a real drive test. "Dont drive too far the gas light is on" I was in a bind and needed a car so i purchased. It was worth 1/4 of that price because the car was in a Major Accident. The Car had good mileage but with in 7 Hours of owning the Car Check engine light came on. Took in and they gave me a Chevy AVEO loaner. Loaner had same issue. got the Car Back and I had the same problem. ( All with in 1 WEEK of owning) They took car back and started fixing it. They put a new catylitic converter on the car and tried to make me pay. YEA RIGHT! After putting a new converter on the car light still came on. Took to a real professional $300 worth of work hoses, Fuse, O2 Sensors. I did not mention the best part NO HEAT AT ALL IN THE CAR!!!! bought when it was warm so did not know... Once the weather got cold the heat did not work. Took it in and they said everything was fine and to let it warm up. Next day and hour later still blowing cold air. Needed new water pump, new antifreeze resovior, A/C, Heat, and developed an oil leak after 3 Months. Some one also played around with the electirical systems and that needed to be repaired. TOTAL repair cost $4,700 multiple estimates. Traded car in and got nothing because it was unsaleable due to body damage, a slew of issues and NO HEAT!!! $6,500 wasted. Good Prices Lots of Headache.!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was dumb enough to recommend for $100 credit same problem with friend. DO NOT USE CAR FAX USE AUTO CHECK to see if cars are Damaged. At dealer I traded car in for I was shown auto check and all problems were listed. Pulled up car fax no issues were listed. They were all speaking polish around me probably laughing and the dumb black kid buying this crappy car. They will STEAL your Money!!!! Save it Buy from a legit Dealer with a warranty. You May Have Better Luck going to Auction.P.S. I purchased an 06 Sebring Touring Edition. More
