If I could give this dealership zero star, I would I bought a car in October from this dealership in November the paint started coming off the car. The turbo sign for the car was missing. I dropped my car off on novermber 27 and it’s now December 07 and I have yet to hear about what’s going on with My car . The manger and works are unprofessional and hang the phone up in my face when asked a question. The owner lied about calling me . Please do not waste your time and money go to another dealership . My biggest regret is stepping foot in this place!! More

Terrible dealership, don’t waste your time! They did not want to work with us unless we financed through them. They were also upset that we didn’t want the extra insurance packages. They sold the vehicle to someone else that financed with them while my son was at the bank getting the check. Complete snakes. I’ve never experienced terrible customer service like this before. More
This dealership has to be one of the lowest and most disappointing places to buy a car. Stay as far away as you can. They sold my son a car, the financial guy jacked the price $4,000 and added in a tire disappointing places to buy a car. Stay as far away as you can. They sold my son a car, the financial guy jacked the price $4,000 and added in a tire and wheel package for $1600 and didn’t explain a thing. Also told him the loan was 3 years and it’s 6. Also they didn’t provide him his rate from the bank or his credit score as they’re suppose to, lastly no paperwork on the company providing the tire and wheel package, they’re as shady as can be. They also use sub prime banks! He’s had the car a week and they still haven’t registered it. Make sure you read their reviews More

For a 3+ hour visit, they didn't even offer a bottle of water. Treated people of my color like garbage. If it wasn't for salesperson Jacob and Jimmie who were expectational and really went above and beyond to accommodate my request, inquires and comfortability. So disappointed as everyone tries to scam you out of your hard-earned money!!!! More
I would not recommend Milford Mitsubishi. We were looking to buy a car, we had a few must haves ( Car Play and adaptive cruise control). We found a Cadillac XT6 on CarGurus that checked all t We were looking to buy a car, we had a few must haves ( Car Play and adaptive cruise control). We found a Cadillac XT6 on CarGurus that checked all the boxes. We went to test drive and asked our salesmen if the car had adaptive cruise control and he told us yes. We purchased the car, when we got the car home we could not get the cruise to work. We called back and our salesman told us to come by and he will show us how it works. He take the car out alone and came back and send he has the adaptive cruise figured out. We went for a text drive, and the adaptive cruise did not work. he made an appointment with their service department to fix it or send it out to Cadillac. A few days later serviced call and send the car was NOT equipped with adaptive cruise control. When we called back, they said they are nor responsible for errors or omission, even though we asked if the car was equipped. They were going to ask the GM to see what can be done, its been two weeks and no call back. Beware when buying a car from this place. More
Beware. I purchased a car here. Process was smooth until I got home and looked through some of the documents. Here is a list of the items/fees that were a I purchased a car here. Here is a list of the items/fees that were added that I was unaware of and never asked for; Protective VSC - $2,995 Protective Tire and Wheel - $744 Protective Paint and Fabric - $3,190 Protective Etch/Theft - $449 Over $7,000 in unwanted items. These were in addition to the $899 document fee. If I was aware of these I would never have moved forward with buying the car. I was able to cancel the Protective VSC after a hassle, but I cannot cancel the other items. Also the salesperson never responded to my questions. I felt taken advantage of. Check everything before you sign! Do not trust people. Better to go elsewhere. More
