My experience with this dealership was not the greatest. Let me explain, and you can be the judge. I had a scheduled appointment to look at a used vehicle and arrived early, having driven about an hour to get there. They took me early, which was great, and everyone I dealt with was really nice and respectful. However, the problems I encountered were with the vehicle condition itself. This vehicle was listed online, so I assumed it was in "ready to sell" condition. Here’s what I experienced: 1. Finding the Vehicle: It took the salesman 20 minutes to find the vehicle and pull it up because it was buried in the back with a bunch of other cars. I can understand that, but with a scheduled appointment, you’d think the car would be up front and ready for the customer to look at. 2. Hood Misalignment: The hood was misaligned. There was about a 1/4" gap above the front passenger headlight, and on the other side, above the driver side headlight, the hood was rubbing against the fender. This indicated that the hood had been removed and not put back on correctly. This was confirmed when I opened the hood and saw chipped paint and the nuts that tighten the hood to the hinges. 3. Warning Lights: The low fuel light and check engine light were on during the test drive. The salesman said, "it's probably the gas cap," and that may be true, but why wasn't this taken care of beforehand? 4. Rear-End Shake: There was a shake in the rear end. Either the rear wheels needed to be balanced, or there was something else wrong. The salesman mentioned it had a clean Carfax, so maybe it was just wheel balancing issue. I understand I was looking at a used car, but you’d think that before advertising it online, it would be ready for a customer test drive or purchase. As I mentioned earlier, I drove an hour just to see this specific vehicle, and the experience was disappointing, especially when I was looking forward to possibly driving it home. Take it for what it's worth but I won’t shop there again for a “used” vehicle. More

Milford Mitsubishi was quick and efficient getting our paperwork in order and even though had quite the inventory and business coming and and out throughout the day, they were very helpful in being able t paperwork in order and even though had quite the inventory and business coming and and out throughout the day, they were very helpful in being able to correspond over email and phone before we were able to make it in to for a test drive.
