Charged more than quoted I called and spoke with the parts department. The rep was extremely rude. The only reason I ended up going was because the other dealerships in the ar I called and spoke with the parts department. The rep was extremely rude. When I got there they told me the same price I was told on the phone, then when they came to get me to pay, they doubled it. not thrilled, but its fixed. More
