Have been using this dealer for years even though i did not purchase my truck here. Without a doubt, the most honest & trustworthy service dept. i have ever dealt with. They handle all my service work quic not purchase my truck here. Without a doubt, the most honest & trustworthy service dept. i have ever dealt with. They handle all my service work quickly & professionally. I was certain that i needed brakes at 56,000 miles, they checked it out & determined that i still had 48% left. Could have easily told me “yes, you need pads & rotors” & hit me with a $600 bill, but didn’t. Recently went in with check engine light on & a problem with my key fob that i had just changed the battery in, fixed both problems in 30 min., no charge! Who else would do this? OUTSTANDING dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Service advisors top shelf & know their stuff. Every car dealership should take lessons from Milford Dodge on how to treat customers. I will NEVER go anywhere else!! More
Came in for oil change- recommendations for cabin and other filter to be replaced but didn’t have one of them. Also need a new strut and reason why was poorly explained.
