Milford Auto Group has had my car for repair since Jan. 8 (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident. I’ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I’ve had no word from them, or from Jeep, about when I might expect to get my car back. I’ve been offered nothing to compensate for the massive inconvenience. I will never, ever purchase another Jeep. I advise anybody looking to buy a car not to buy a Jeep. While I’m stuck with this one though (assuming it is returned to me at some point) I will, in the future, take it somewhere else. More

Service department did a recall. I’m assuming they needed to disconnect my battery as when I got my car back I had to have my son reset my clock.
