Overall service took 2.5 hours from my scheduled appointment time, which was a bit longer than anticipated with really no service being needed in the end, but the friendliness made up for it. More
I went to get an oil change, tire rotation and to have them check my AC unit because it stopped working. After two plus hours the service representative told me the AC is blowing hot air, they had replace them check my AC unit because it stopped working. After two plus hours the service representative told me the AC is blowing hot air, they had replaced a blown fuse in the hvac system and it was going to cost $1,250 before tax for additional diagnostic and that's not including the parts and labor fees they are going to add. I paid $178 for the diagnostic and went to Midas in Stratford CT and within a half hour i was told my AC is working fine. So I paid $178 for them to change a fuse and they were willing to charge me at least a thousand plus more to find something. The service representative even suggested i change my brand new battery i bought from Autozone because it was after market. Midas tested the battery and it's working fine. Please don't go there, you will get robbed. More

The oil change went fine. This was the second visit for a noise the front end makes. This time I took someone for a ride so they could hear it. The person heard it and I explained when it makes the noise. I was repeatedly told how much the diagnostic would be. When I picked up the car I was told they could not find the issue or repeat the noise. So basically wasted another day for this issue. The service person was saying something about bringing it back. Why would I waste any more time on an issue you apparently cant find. I specifically made an appointment to correct this, took the time to show you the problem. My time is important to me. I refuse to continue to waste my time to be told the issue cannot be recreated. More
After a couple of snafus, the service department was efficient and accommodating in resolving my alternator problem. Mike was genuinely concerned with resolving the issues and worked diligently to get efficient and accommodating in resolving my alternator problem.
