Service department did a recall. I’m assuming they needed to disconnect my battery as when I got my car back I had to have my son reset my clock. The tech should be aware of this and it should have been done to disconnect my battery as when I got my car back I had to have my son reset my clock. This place suck!!!! Everyone never ever go here they will rob you bought a 2014 jeep cherokee trail hawk from them and they dont back up the pieces of crap they sell the esp had trouble communicating with th rob you bought a 2014 jeep cherokee trail hawk from them and they dont back up the pieces of crap they sell the esp had trouble communicating with the module and instead of diagnosing it they just slammed us with a 3500 dollar bill to replace the whole steering rack !!!!!!!! Umm no I dont think so all about the money instead of good customer service better step up your game or hear from lemon law lawyers and soon mine people never ever go her ever service sucks !!!!! More
