She had the car pulled around front so we could start looking at it while we waited. Once Jose was free, he was an absolute pleasure to work from start to finish. He was super patient, kind, knowledgable and professional through our purchase. Not only Jose, but Finance Manager, Mary and Owner, Joyce were also patient and friendly to us while we ran into a few obstacles during our purchase.
