Do not use this dealership for repairs or service. They kept my car for 6 weeks with no communication, made no effort to ease the inconvenience and laughed at me when the car was finally done. Milford Auto Group has had my car for repair since Jan. 8 (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident. I’ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I’ve had no word from them, or from Jeep, about when I might expect to get my car back. I’ve been offered nothing to compensate for the massive inconvenience. I will never, ever purchase another Jeep. I advise anybody looking to buy a car not to buy a Jeep. While I’m stuck with this one though (assuming it is returned to me at some point) I will, in the future, take it somewhere else. More
I started to buy vehicle from a salesman there, he was very nice and when I went for a test drive they had me see another. He was courteous, but no one explained the change. She sees you on her time not yours and so do the sales people. The only reason I bought the car there was because I had the money and didn't really need them but they had the car I wanted. My spouse and I want a 2020 but decided to get an older model until we were sure what make and model we want. When we do this coming summer 2020, I am sure we will not be buying from there. It is cold enough outside. More
