The sales dept is top rate Joyce the owner is the nicest person you ever want to meet however the service department is horrible. The techs are rude and the service writers at the desk are easily annoyed wi person you ever want to meet however the service department is horrible. I asked a service tech In the lot if I could ask him a question and he said no and closed the door on me. Spoke Bob the owners son and he said I have understand because of the virus everyone is on edge. Aren’t we all !!! No excuse to be rude I have purchased 3 vehicles and leased 5 from them. No more for me. Also Paul the service manger is not always in the best of moods every day More
