Was very unhappy with first visit from the 16th when I brought the vehicle in for the check engine light. I left the vehicle until the 18th. When I picked it up the check engine light went on on the 19th. brought the vehicle in for the check engine light. I left the vehicle until the 18th. When I picked it up the check engine light went on on the 19th. I called on Friday the 20th and was told the earliest they could schedule me was the following Monday. That same morning Connor McGraw called me at home to ask what the problem was. I explained it to him and he asked me if the Monday appointment was ok. I said to him, did I have a choice? About 1/2 hr later he called me and said to get the vehicle in asap that morning. I brought it in and the tech, Bill who had worked on the vehicle the first time, rectified the problem quickly. He also replaced the rear brake light that was out. I was very impressed by Connor who took an interest in resolving my issue and in Bill the tech, who quickly fixed the problem. It was a very good save. More

I was not told I would be charged for inspecting noisy brakes and they still make noise. They did not resolve the screeching noise. I was told I would have to continue to drive with the noise but the brak brakes and they still make noise. They did not resolve the screeching noise.
