When I looked at the paper for the insurance, instead of showing coverage for three years, it showed coverage for 5 years! Why would I need an two years of additional insurance on a three year lease? I am paying for coverage I won't have once the lease is up. I won't be leasing through Milea again, be warned, read the paperwork, don't trust the financial associate! More

No customer service Walked into the dealership today and asked some questions in regards to purchasing a vehicle the salesman didn't get up from his chair didn't shake my Walked into the dealership today and asked some questions in regards to purchasing a vehicle the salesman didn't get up from his chair didn't shake my hand just sat there. When I began to speak to him about my situation and what I was trying to do he didn't ask me to have a seat he kept looking at his computer and basically I felt like I was important. I explained to the Rep that due to my credit I know I wouldn't be approved but I was possibly bringing in my father to co sign at which I had asked if a deal can be done would I be able to take the vehicle today. He just came out and said no that there were vehicles being moved that I would have to leave a deposit and felt like I was being brushed off and he had a little attitude. I had asked why if a deal could be done why couldn't I drive with a car today he just said I can't had to leave a 300 dollar deposit and come back tomorrow or the next day. After I left I called and spoke to the general sales manager were I began to explain my situation he apologized but asked if I would come back in and I said I wasn't sure if I wanted to do business with your dealership and than he came out and said I don't understand why I'm telling him about the bad experience if I didn't want to do business. Overall customer service is key no matter what line of business your in and the fact that I wasn't properly greeted or wasn't shown that I was important made me feel like my business was not wanted so I decided to take my business else where and I would not recommend milea subaru to anyone More

I have brought my car in to the Milea dealship on East Tremont in the Bronx several times now. For one of my complaints today 11/15/11 is the 3rd time. For 2 of my 4 concerns i am told #1 there is air i Tremont in the Bronx several times now. For one of my complaints today 11/15/11 is the 3rd time. For 2 of my 4 concerns i am told #1 there is air in my brake lines causing light to go on #2 air in my transmission causing it to slip while driving. For the ongoing 3rd complaint there wasnt enough time to check it for the 3rd time. as for the 4th complaint power steering noise Ididnt get any feedback. I am a working single mother, and without my vehicle I am in a very precarious situation. Also i leased my subaru confident it was a reliable vehicle. Today I no longer feel this way. From the first day that i signed my contract and the man shredded it because he found an error AFTER IT WAS SIGNED making it a legal and binding contract, I should have walked out of that dealership. Even tho they did honor the error, I am still left with a bad taste in my mouth FOR THE MILEA dealership located Bronx NY. I asked Walter Veras svc advisor 65847 to keep the car overnight as i was advised that it should be in safe running condition before I pick it up. I am very unhappy and unsatisified that I have to be inconvenienced like this at least 3x i can think of, and not even to be offered a rental car is beyond me. Other subaru owners I work with tell me they get a rental as their service dept will work on their car until it is running correctly without being told 3 different stories now about the same complaint More
