a nightmare GMC in my experience with the exception of a hand full of employees has been nothing less then a NIGHTMARE for me and my family. We were in a severe car accident with another car company in which the air bag did not deploy. Several months ago we received a letter stating that my 2013 Acadia has numerous recalls with the most important being airbag issues. After explaining our situation to our dealer, GMC told us that we must deal with our issues until our lease is up (3yrs). Our vehicle has not moved from our garage since. I refuse to place my children in this vehicle due to these recalls. The lack of concern that GMC displays for there customers is nothing short of disgraceful. How can a company promote safety publicly yet not care privately? We (my family) came up with several options to help with this situation all the while PAYING our monthly obligation . They may have gained several hundreds/thousands of dollars from us short term but they will not gain us as life time customers. My recommendation with all my heart is NOT TO GET INVOLVED WITH GMC for your safety and for the safety of your family. More
