Service was fine, I like the paperwork feedback. If you don’t know your service rep’s name, you’re screwed. Apparently you can’t talk to the receptionist and find out if your car is ready. I was concerned don’t know your service rep’s name, you’re screwed. Apparently you can’t talk to the receptionist and find out if your car is ready. I was concerned he wasn’t working that day, and she had no advice other than to leave a voicemail. I said I could give her my name, make/model, address or phone #, but apparently nothing could be done, Even w/ all that. I wouldn’t go back to you guys except Honda keeps having factory recalls (very reassuring). More

Originally scheduled to meet with Robert Rivera I was taken into service by Daut Marmullaku (Robert was delayed due to snow). Daut did not introduce himself (not even a welcome handshake) and after hearing what service concerns brought me in today he immediately shut me down by stating my warranty had expired as I passed the 36K mile mark. Although this is not an untrue policy, Mr. Marmullaku seemed like he couldn't be bothered to pull up my car's file on the computer right next to him to verify my extended warranty, view my car's history or even just review the notes in the file for this service. When the car was ready for pick up there was a $77.00 charge for filling the car's tires with air as a function of turning off the air pressure check light on the dashboard - I didn't appreciate having to negotiate and push back on such a trivial yet exorbitant service charge. Upon negotiating my service needs and completing payment Mr. Marmullaku began showing enthusiasm stating that he would greatly appreciate it if I filled out a post service evaluation form as “[his] income depends upon it”. Please don't misunderstand me, I in the 2019 world of reviews and evaluations I can very much understand the request for a customer to complete a post service evaluation to improve service - at the same time requesting that I (the client) feel like I'm responsible for his livelihood was simply and plainly classless. Indeed, perhaps I would have been more enthusiastic to oblige his request if he actually showed any kind of considerate customer service engagement during any part of our interaction. Quite the contrary, Mr. Daut Marmullaku was perfunctory and curt. If the service center was busy I could understand but I was the only customer on this snow day in a building filled with Honda employees. I also didn't appreciate having to negotiate a $77 charge to fill air in my CRV tires. Having a long service history with Mile High Honda, I'm not the client you nickel and dime but rather you keep for long term business. In my nearly 4 years of getting service at Mile High Honda I’ve often been met with professionalism and courtesy. Indeed, service representatives like Ryan, Andrew and Robert have all consistently shown these qualifications. It should be noted that this was my first time engaging with Mr. Daut Marmullaku and I'm not sure if this is his baseline customer service style or if I just caught him on a bad day (we all have those from time to time) - I'll leave that to the Honda management team to evaluate. I will say that although Daut Marmullaku didn't do anything grossly wrong in my experience with his customer service I my strong preference is to prevent having to work with him again as I didn't feel like it fostered trust in that he was looking out for the best service of my vehicle or even in keeping me as a long term client. Looking back on in now I would have preferred to wait several minutes and simply had Robert Rivera be my service representative. Lastly, it should be noted that Mile High Honda completed the service in a timely manner and that the Courtesy Shuttle driver (I believe his name is Pete) was nothing less than professional, courteous as he dropped me off and picked me up safely from my office to the dealer. Devan was efficient with checking on information not provided on my account. He made sure to answer all questions. I watched him from afar, not in a creepy way, as he dealt with other customers.
