This is NOT a rating on Daut Marmullaku. He is phenomenal. Brought my 2018 Honda CRV in for a ticking sound, left with a bill of $500, not for the "ticking" sound, but for additional maintenance phenomenal. Brought my 2018 Honda CRV in for a ticking sound, left with a bill of $500, not for the "ticking" sound, but for additional maintenance work I don't think I needed, especially after having the car serviced for a B1 Oil Change by another Honda dealership (Ralph Schomp) that showed no issues. I feel scammed! I question your mechanic who said I needed additional maintenance work. I called Ralph Schomp who stood by their assessment that I did not need the work. I want a refund of the $486.78. There were no maintenance codes appearing when I brought in the car. :-( Also Ralph Schomp confirmed that their master mechanic worked on my car. He has been with them for over 30 years. I want my money back!!!!! SCAM More
Shawna spotted a problem with my battery connection (after the repair) because of a slow start with the key. She saved me time by getting it fixed before I left, therefore saving me a trip back. While I wish the loose connection didn’t happen during the battery replacement in the first place, nevertheless. mistakes happen, and this was a small one, and the most important part it that Shawna identified it herself, notified me, and expedited the fix to the problem, and saved me a trip back. Mile high Honda in Aurora has build a beautiful service department. It’s new within the past year. Besides the facility being beautiful so are the service agents in the mechanics. Robert usually takes care department. It’s new within the past year. Besides the facility being beautiful so are the service agents in the mechanics. Robert usually takes care of me but I came in a little early and the service guy name DAUT took care of me. They’re very thorough and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service and efficiency. More
I just received a Holiday gift card in the mail, What is it good for? I got one last year and went in to the dealership to have new wiper blades put on my Honda. I was told I would have to purchase the w it good for? I got one last year and went in to the dealership to have new wiper blades put on my Honda. I was told I would have to purchase the wiper blades myself and the card ($30.00) would only pay for the instillation. What if I want an oil change? will it cover the cost of a new filter and I would have to pay for the oil myself? When I said I would not buy the blades the gentleman took the gift card and told me to have a nice day and walked away with the card. Never was told how much the wiper blades alone would cost. More

WARNING! This service department is rude and completely incompetent, do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my car in to check on a steering wheel noise, and the customer service agent falsely reported incompetent, do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my car in to check on a steering wheel noise, and the customer service agent falsely reported that I said I had been in an accident. I have never been in an accident with this car and I never said that I had. When I asked them to correct the false report that service agent made, I was sent to Jill the service department manager. Jill started arguing with me and showed me a Carfax document that reported the car was in an accident in January 2019. I did not even own the car in January 2019, I purchased the vehicle in June 2020. When I showed Jill proof I purchased the car in June 2020, she got visibly angry and was aggressively arguing with me in the middle of the showroom. She then accused me of asking them to illegally change a legal document, which was also completely false. I cannot trust any service department that employs someone the is lying, aggressive, incompetent, and rude. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, you will have better success banging your head against a brick wall. More
