MILE HIGH HONDA has been my choice for service and repairs for over 10 years. My primary reason in going to this dealership is because the service team and personnel are Great. Eric always greets me with sincerity and a friendly spirit. I feel that with Eric I getting a quality explanation of what is needed and I never feel that I'm dealing with someone who is trying to sell me something that I don't need. With Eric he gives me a well rounded explanation of the repairs that are recommended prior to the work being done along with a good explanation of warranties and price. After work is done Eric takes the personal time to go back over everything that was done to insure that I'm satisfied and will return. I've always gotten respect and quality as a consumer from your staff, repairmen and especially Eric. Eric Pruter is an asset to your organization and I sincerely hope that you will recognize his self-worth to your organization. More

Always--always--the service was done when promised if not earlier, often for less than the estimate and, without fail, done with the competence of professionals that often took account of other issues that needed my consideration to keep my cars in optimum running condition. Believe it or not, since the service has to be done, I look forward to dealing with Eric and all at Mile Hi service. My best friend of 30 years recently bought a Honda, and she now calls Eric specifically--as I do--to set up service appointments. More

I was impressed with the the overall service i recieved when i brought in my CRV a couple weeks ago. The service to my vehicle was great,as always, but i would like to make a specific complement to the gen when i brought in my CRV a couple weeks ago. I noticed that it must not have been a busy day. Because i sat in my car for a moment and i noticed that there were numerous service people at the front desks just chatting and joking around and they didnt seem to want to help me. I did make eye contact with the advisor chris. He was on the phone, but he did make eye contact with me and smiled. He quickly finished his phone call and came over to my car and took all my information and got my sevice needs taken care of in a very prompt fashion. When i do return for service i will make sure to bring my business to Chris. Employees like this are what makes and organization great. More

Chris was really helpful over the phone and continued to be helpful in person as well. He was very knowledge and empathetic about the problem.
