Always--always--the service was done when promised if not earlier, often for less than the estimate and, without fail, done with the competence of professionals that often took account of other issues that needed my consideration to keep my cars in optimum running condition. Believe it or not, since the service has to be done, I look forward to dealing with Eric and all at Mile Hi service. I was impressed with the the overall service i recieved when i brought in my CRV a couple weeks ago. The service to my vehicle was great,as always, but i would like to make a specific complement to the gen when i brought in my CRV a couple weeks ago. I noticed that it must not have been a busy day. Because i sat in my car for a moment and i noticed that there were numerous service people at the front desks just chatting and joking around and they didnt seem to want to help me. I did make eye contact with the advisor chris. He was on the phone, but he did make eye contact with me and smiled. He quickly finished his phone call and came over to my car and took all my information and got my sevice needs taken care of in a very prompt fashion. When i do return for service i will make sure to bring my business to Chris. Employees like this are what makes and organization great. More
