We have been servicing our vehicles with Mile Hi Honda for approximately 6 years and have dealt with Eric. He is always friendly, helpful and smiling. He always takes the extra time to go over any ques for approximately 6 years and have dealt with Eric. He is always friendly, helpful and smiling. He always takes the extra time to go over any questions or concerns with us even when he has others waiting for his attention. He goes above and beyond to give us the best service. We have been to other Honda dealers and their pricing is a bit higher and the quality of Customer Service is not there. I usually work with Chris Smith when I am in, and will ask for him by name when I need to schedule an appointment. One thing I like to do is determine what scheduled maintenance my car is needing over the next year so I can budget for it. Chris has always been very helpful in working with me to determine what needs to get done, when it needs to get done, and how much it is going to cost. I believe his expertise has allowed me to have 130,000 miles of worry free driving. More

Mile High is excellent or 5. People are trustworthy and the service always pleasent. I guess the real issue for me is TRUST. Great friendly place to take your car for maintance, with fair pricing. Told me everything that they needed to do to the car before hand and what would be replaced.
