I have been going to Mile High Honda for 10+ years for service on my car. I have over 200,000 miles on it because of the care my car gets from them! Eric Pruter has been my go to guy. One time my husbands car was over heating and Eric came out and put water in it ( he drives a Ford)it was so nice to see someone go out of his way to help. We are a Honda family. I have purchased three Hondas at Mile High and have no doubt I will continue to purchase Hondas there. I can honestly say I have never had a "bad" experience at Mile High in all the Mile High and have no doubt I will continue to purchase Hondas there. I can honestly say I have never had a "bad" experience at Mile High in all the years I have been going there (14). Just the opposite. The treatment by both the sales and service staff is superb. Of course, the finance guy/gal will try to work in extras at time of purchase, but does not hesitate to remove them when I decline. Before owning Hondas, I NEVER went to dealerships for service (perhaps because I always had used cars). Since experiencing in-warranty service at Mile High, I would never go anywhere else. Now, about Eric Pruter - talk about professional! I actually consider him a personal advisor, not a service manager. He is always straightforward and informative. I don't feel as if I am being taken advantage of just because I need service. Eric gets to know people by name and, boy, does he hop to it to minimize your time in the shop. Last evening, I had barely stopped rolling in the service lane when he was outside putting a service tag on my car. Eric hustles, but he is never too busy to be polite and personable. Another friend of mine bought an Accord through a broker but based on my dealings with Eric now uses Mile High Honda for all of her service needs. Basically, I cannot speak more highly of Eric. We have been servicing our vehicles with Mile Hi Honda for approximately 6 years and have dealt with Eric. He is always friendly, helpful and smiling. He always takes the extra time to go over any ques for approximately 6 years and have dealt with Eric. He is always friendly, helpful and smiling. He always takes the extra time to go over any questions or concerns with us even when he has others waiting for his attention. He goes above and beyond to give us the best service. We have been to other Honda dealers and their pricing is a bit higher and the quality of Customer Service is not there.
