In my nearly 72 years on this earth, I have been to several dealerships for innumerable reasons. This is one that I can actually say was (almost) enjoyable. After all I did have to pay the bill for the service, and that is never enjoyable. Eric was my assigned maintenance advisor/Service writer at Mile High Honda in Denver, CO. He very personable and did not have the "hard sell" attitude that I have seen at other dealerships. He advised me of the options available to me for a "brake job" and I made the decision on the work to be performed based his advice. He is very knowledgeable, and, I'm sure a great employee and co-worker. He should recognized and rewarded his superior knowledge of Honda maintenance requirements and for his positive attitude. I recently brought my Accord in for it's 75,000 service as well as a power steering issue. AS ALWAYS, Eric was very attentive to my needs and was great about peroidically updating me on the progress of th as well as a power steering issue. I have been a regular service customer of Mile High's for 8 years and have never had a complaint on the work or customer service. Price I rated good because I believe the prices to be competitive for the most part. Regardless of price, I continue to take my car to Mile High Honda because I trust the staff based on my interations with Eric and others. More
The only reason I get both my Honda's serviced at Mile High is because of Eric Pruter. Eric is great to work with and and is always professional, helpful and honest. Wish there was an "Eric" on the Acur High is because of Eric Pruter. Eric is great to work with and and is always professional, helpful and honest. Wish there was an "Eric" on the Acura side!!! No matter how small or large the service, Eric takes the time to listen to my questions and address all my concerns and works with me to customize service as Honda's pre-packaged services don't necessarly fit the bill all the time. I would say that over the last couple of years, Mile High has become more consumer friendly with the service deals that are published as part of their newsletter. I do NOT like the pre-recorded follow-up "Thank You" call...call with a live person so if there is feedback, it can be given on the same call. More

We took our 2010 Accord to MileHigh Honda last night, so it would be ready for service first thing this morning. The dash indicator lights had come on. Less than two hours later, our service rep called us it would be ready for service first thing this morning. The dash indicator lights had come on. Less than two hours later, our service rep called us to tell us that all work had been completed, and that we culd pick up the car any time today. This made our day a lot easier. This type of service is typical of MileHigh Honda's service department. The service department is the reason we have taken four Honda's to MileHigh for service, and the reason we have purchased two vehicles there. More
I have been working with 3 Honda dealerships during the last 12 years. Mile High was the 1st. Kuni then Schomp. I bought 3 new Pilots. I love the Pilots! I have returned to the Mile High service dept beca last 12 years. Mile High was the 1st. Kuni then Schomp. I bought 3 new Pilots. I love the Pilots! I have returned to the Mile High service dept because of Eric Pruter. The quality of his work is unsurpassed. He is the most experienced, professional and kindest person I have worked with in the all the service depts combined. Even though I bought my last '09 Pilot at Schomp....... I have been using Mile High Honda for my service needs since I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord. The service there is outstanding. I now have well over 130,000 miles on it and plan to drive it until it dies since I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord. The service there is outstanding. The service there is real personal, all of the guys there know me by name including their manager Bill. I recommend Mile High to everyone I know and would not go anywhere else. Eric is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I specifically ask for him on all my service visits. I do feel that repairs are costly.
