My experience in the Mile High Honda service department has been wonderful. I started going there because my parents took their Odessy there. Eric has always been very helpful ever time I've been to the service department at Mile High. In this case, he went above and beyond to inquire with management about a lingering brake problem that started a the service department at Mile High. He was able to push for a fix without any additional out of pocket for me as this seems to be a known and problematic issue for Pilots. Additionally, his demeanor and enthusiasm were great.
