Mile High Honda - Service Center

I went to Mile High Honda to get my oil changed and to find out why the emergency brake was on. They told me they filled all the fluids to the car, told me I would probably need new breaks and a steering find out why the emergency brake was on. No idea what a steering under carriage is and they didn't really explain what the part is only that it would cost $1040 to replace. So let me repeat this again I went in for a $38 oil change and to find out why the brake light on the display is on and was told I needed new brakes at $200 and a steering under carriage for $1040. It is total crap. First off they didn't fill all the fluids. When I opened the hood the lid to the brake fluid was off and almost completely empty. When I filled it the light off. So the light was on because it was low on fluid. They said in their report that fluids are leaking all over the car. Funny never noticed any fluids leaking. I took the car to get a second opinion about the steering under carriage. They said this is total crap and these guys were just trying to hustle me. I will probably need a new car in a few years but I will never ever do business with these guys again. More

I dropped off my car to have the trailing arm bushings replaced and Chris could not have been more helpful. I had been to this dealership for repairs in the past and dealt with other people and every tim replaced and Chris could not have been more helpful. I had been to this dealership for repairs in the past and dealt with other people and every time my experience has gone off without a hitch. I was advised of the estimated time frame the repair would take so my companion and I decided to walk around the area to pass the time. Chris had said that he would see what he could do to try to speed up the process because of that, but in the end, it ended up take a little longer than estimated which is why the experience was good and not great. All in all, everything was great and will continue to go to this dealership for my auto needs. More

Had a minor crisis this Monday morning - my newly purchased used vehicle that I got from another dealer in town had a faulty ignition cylinder/switch/lock. The dealership I purchased this vehicle from would not open until it was too late for me to take care of the problem as I drive for a living and had to be on the road in order to keep my job. I called Mile High in a panic, and spoke with Craig in the parts dept to ensure they had the part I needed. Craig transferred me over to Eric in the service dept and they had me in and out with a functional work vehicle in less than one hour. Exceptional service, great people, a little pricey, but I had to take it. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. More

Mile High Honda has changed my perception of the value a car dealer can bring to the service side. The owner and management appear to be enlightened enough to instill values, policies and practices that allow the employees to properly serve their customers. I have worked almost exclusively with Eric Pruter for over 6 years and he has never failed to provide superior service and value. I have come to trust Eric to the point that if he says something needs to be done I will have the repair done. Eric skillfully balances the interests of his employer with my desire to save money on necessary repairs. My greatest testimony is I have delayed bringing the cars in until a day Eric works. In addition, he seems to be a good team player as witnessed by Eric's rapport with his colleagues. Keep Eric and business will flourish. More
