Way high prices & unneccary Service Recomendations!!! Mile High Honda service and charges were used to be based on a true honesty and fair pricing and the customer service was an extra ordinary... Howe Mile High Honda service and charges were used to be based on a true honesty and fair pricing and the customer service was an extra ordinary... However,in the past few years it has hit the ground, they will tell you that your car will need brake pads and are warn, even though you don't need it for another few years or so.. How you would need new brakes when they were recently replaced... and had 80% padding left.... Verified/repaired through another dealer.. Also, this time I have brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey for a service it had approx... 30K miles on it and had extended warranty from Honda that will last till 10 yrs /120 K miles) for just a light bulb change, a key faub (that was not working since I bought a car) I was charged 74 dollars for it.. I was told that the extended warranty does not cover the bulb and the labor..... what does the extended means????? Does the bulbs and to install them cost 74 dollars???? I am amazed...... Outstanding Service Department - None Better! I have been doing business with Mile High Honda for about the last 20 years, buying three Hondas there (and I am about ready to buy another this year) I have been doing business with Mile High Honda for about the last 20 years, buying three Hondas there (and I am about ready to buy another this year) and can’t imagine going anywhere else. – That includes for service. In my adult life (I am 69), I have never dealt with a service operation that is as consistently fair, friendly, efficient, and competent. This week I had one of those mystery “noises” coming from the front end of my 2006 CRV. I diverted to Mile High from my morning commute, was immediately seen even though I didn’t have an appointment, left the left the car, and was on my way home on the dealer shuttle before I knew it. The driver, James, and I had a great time exchanging memories of Denver and Park Hill dating back to 1949. I got a call mid-day from Shane letting me know they had ordered a new air bag under the general re-call and were not able to replicate the “noise”, although they ran the car in idle and road tested it after putting it on the rack – all of which took about an hour. I was invited to come do a ride-along with the mechanic as a final check. I did this and could not hear the noise anymore myself. The mechanic told me that sometimes in the winter gravel can get behind a heat shield and cause a tinny vibration – which pretty well described what I had heard. I drove my other car home, with a plan to take the shuttle back to the dealership the following day to pick up the CRV. That didn’t happen because of a mix-up. Instead, the CRV was delivered to my house! I want to emphasize that I wasn’t charged for any of this excellent service! --Not even a diagnostic charge! Now, that is service you don’t find very often – and one of the things that keeps me coming back to Mile High! More

2 months after leasing a car from this place we were told that a flat tire repair would cost $125 we were also told that everything that happened to the car was our fault as if the people not driving the car that a flat tire repair would cost $125 we were also told that everything that happened to the car was our fault as if the people not driving the car were somehow at fault. The service is belittling rude and demeaning. They argued with us from the very beginning. They claimed ignorance to their own deals. P.s. Honda. .. Discount tire company did the repair for free. They understand service. UPDATE! the manager of the service shop called and offered to pay my bill from Discount Tire since the tire had to be replaced - he was very apologetic and was a really nice person. I am still not willing to go back to Honda Service because I dont trust them - but I may if I can have the manager help me directly. More

I had a starter problem which I already knew was the problem. I called mile high honda to check if my car was still under warranty and they stated that it was under warranty. I asked him if there was a problem. I called mile high honda to check if my car was still under warranty and they stated that it was under warranty. I asked him if there was a limit to mileage and he stated that it did not matter because when we purchased the car we had purchased the extended warranty we even provided him with the vin # . He then said the only thing we had to pay was a $60 diagnostic fee. When the car got towed there they looked it over and stated that the car was not under warranty and that we had to pay $600+ for the services. Liars they just wanted the car towed there so that they could make money off me never going there again. More
I bought my new 2012 Honda CR-V EX from Mile High Honda on Feb. 16, 2012 and have had it serviced there ever since. I had an appointment with David Meltzer for a routine maintenance (similar to 10K miles) on Feb. 16, 2012 and have had it serviced there ever since. I had an appointment with David Meltzer for a routine maintenance (similar to 10K miles) on April 30, 2013. The Friday prior I had my snow tires removed at a local tire dealership and my regular tires mounted. While waiting for my service to be completed on April 30, David Meltzer came and showed me a TPMS stem from the right rear tire; it was crooked and the case was knicked as well. It had come out when the technician was removing the wheel to check the brake pads. David informed me that it would be unsafe to drive my car with the spare tire and they would need to keep my car overnight since the TPMS sensor was not available anywhere in the whole state. He told me that Mile High Honda would provide me with a loaner car to use the rest of the day and until my car was ready the following day, May 1. The part was going to be sent Fed Ex overnight and the loaner and part would cost me nothing. David said they would take care of it for me (even though it was not their problem, but had been done at the tire dealership). After some brief paperwork, David took me to a beautiful black Honda CR-V EX which I was delighted to drive home. David called me mid-afternoon the next day to say that my car was ready, so I drove the loaner back and was happy to drive my own car home. David Meltzer definitely went "the extra mile" in providing excellent customer service for me in the courteous, friendly way that he handled the entire transaction. It was fortunate that I did not have an accident between Friday and Tuesday while I was driving my car with the faulty TPMS sensor, even driving 65 mph west of Denver on the Sunday afternoon. I certainly appreciated David Meltzer's attention to this situation and his offer of a loaner and overnight Fed Ex service for the part. Also, they applied a Senior Discount when I went to pay which was also appreciated. I am extremely grateful to Mile High Honda and David Meltzer in particular for their excellent service. I have told friends about it and have always recommended Mile High Honda since purchasing my CR-V there last year. David Meltzer and Mile High Honda are tops with me! More
I gave the rating because of the professionalism demonstrated by Eric Pruter. Eric is the absolute best employee in the service department by far. He is always cordial and pleasant and very accommod demonstrated by Eric Pruter. Eric is the absolute best employee in the service department by far. He is always cordial and pleasant and very accommodating and cognizant of the needs of the customer. He makes me feel valued as a customer and he has always gone the "extra mile" to make sure that I receive the best service Honda has to give. I recently brought my vehicle in for major servicing and expressed that I was on a budget. Eric made sure that the service I received was within the range of what I could pay without compromising repairs. I had called the service department a week prior to schedule an appointment and the person I had spoke to prior to Eric was rude and impatient and I had decided to look for another Honda dealership to take my vehicle. But I remembered Eric from past experiences and decided I would ask for him. Well when I called, Eric answered, and all was well again. Mile High Honda, there are not many people in this world who are consistently gracious and kind, especially those who work in a service oriented arenas, but you have a priceless employee in the person of Eric Pruter. He is deserving of all of the promotions, bonuses and recognitions you can award. He is an asset to your organization and a blessing to me as a faithful customer. More
