Super, great, friendly, responsive and they really do care I keep going back to Mile High for service because they get me in without a long wait time and do a great job! They're reasonable too. I have worked with Kendall who is a very personable young man. He stays focused on what needs to get done and goes the extra mile. Once I was in for a quick and minor repair, and was in a bit of a rush he saw the tire light on and I said there was a nail in it and I'd been driving around with a slow leak forever. It was ok I told him I just fill it when I need to...he fixed it anyway for no charge. Then my cd changer died with 6 of my favorite cds in it. Stuck and I couldn't get them out. Once again, after ordering the correct part he took it upon himself to get them out without any damage and replaced the new one. This is the best place and they do everything they can to keep the costs to a minimum and don't try to upswell you things you don't need! I'll buy my next Honda from them for sure. More

Horrendous As I write this review I am literally in the waiting room at a different Honda location waiting for them to fix all of the DAMAGE that Mile High Honda As I write this review I am literally in the waiting room at a different Honda location waiting for them to fix all of the DAMAGE that Mile High Honda did to my 2017 Honda CR-V. I am truly not a picky or difficult person, but I had a nightmare experience at Mile High Honda. I will explain my experience from start to finish in bullet points below, not out of anger, but instead out of the hope that this doesn't happen to someone else. 1. I brought my new 2017 Honda CR-V into Mile High Honda to have two issues under warranty fixed: my touch screen was being unresponsive and my driver side window motor was making a strange noise. When I called to make this appointment I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and finally had to hang up two times before even being able to make an appointment. 2. After I was finally able to get through to the service depart and make the appointment, I brought my car in the following week. When I arrived I waited 15 minutes to be helped by someone (not terrible- understandable on a busy day, but just not the best experience). After waiting in their waiting room for 2 hours (again, understandable, but not great), I was informed by Chris that they would need to order a new touch screen and a new motor for my window. They said they would inform me when those parts arrived. I waited two weeks and heard nothing from them so I called in only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes once again until I had to hang up and call back twice. When I finally got through, they had no notes on my car (really?!?!) and I had to explain to whole thing to them. Justin said he didn't know anything about my car and sent me to parts (it is the job of the service guys to be the middle man between the customer and the parts department, however it was obvious that Justin just wanted to get rid of me). When I was transferred to the parts department they were understandably confused as to why I was speaking to them directly and they said they had a new motor for my window, but they didn't know anything about the touch screen so they sent me back to the service department. After being transferred back to the service department, Justin immediately put me on hold for so long that it was obvious he was never coming back and I hung up. 3. At my wits end with the service department, I looked up the number for the service manager, Brain, and left him a message explaining the terrible treatment I had received and that I was still in the dark about the parts for my car. Instead of calling me back himself and trying to remedy the situation as any decent service manager should, he had Chris call me back. 4. When the parts were finally worked out, I brought it in to have the window motor and touch screen replaced. As I was driving away, I realized that serious damage had been done to my car while it had been serviced by Mile High Honda. The interior was significantly scratched/damaged right next to the touch screen, which they had just replaced. Additionally, the window which they had just "fixed" was making an entirely new rattling noise when I opened or closed my door. 5. I brought it back to have these new damages repaired (who has time to be going to back and forth and waiting for their car to be fixed by the people who caused the damage in the first place. I certainly don't and it was a major inconvenience, which should never have happened.) When I got my car back a THIRD time, the interior damage that Mile High Honda caused was repaired, however, my window still rattled worse than ever before and, I'm not kidding, there was a new big scratch right next to that same window. If I haden't experienced this for myself, I wouldn't believe that service could get this bad. 6. Since the service manager did not return my call directly before, I decided to contact the owner of Mile High Honda and could only find his email online. After emailing him, he did not get back to me directly (did not care to hear what my experience was?) either, but had the service manager, Brian call me. Brain apologized for my experience and offered to try and fix the new scratch and window. The first time they offered this, I was willing to give them a second chance and I did, however I am not willing to risk them damaging my car for a THIRD time. (I interrupt this review with a live update to inform everyone that the Honda Location I am currently at, just came into the waiting room to tell me the reason for my rattling window is that Mile High Honda left out a bolt when they were "fixing" it.) 6. I obviously do not trust Mile High Honda to even touch my car anymore, and so I am eating it on the cost to have this other Honda location (which I will not name in case anyone thinks this is some kind of false advertising or something), fix both my window and the scratch next to my window. It will be expensive for me to fix the damage that Mile High Honda did to my car, but it is worth it to never have Mile High Honda touch my car ever again. More

Robert Rivera was very professional and helpful during my A-1 maintenance for my 2016 Honda CRV. Has accurate in predicting when my service would be completed. H was very professional and helpful during my A-1 maintenance for my 2016 Honda CRV. Has accurate in predicting when my service would be completed. He paged me to service when the technicians discovered additional issues that needed to be addressed on my car. Robert gave me the choice of attending to these issues or not. Of course, I chose to fix the problems; when a person takes care of their automobile, that vehicle takes care of that person. This is my 4th Honda. I love Honda! Retain Robert and give him a raise! Overall good experience I worked with Daut Marmullaku and he was very friendly and the service took as long as they said it would and I was even able to add on an oil change.
