Avoid Mile High Honda for Service—You Deserve Better I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for a transmission service. It took much longer than expected, but I tried to be patient. Afterward, they recommended over $2,000 in additional services—which I declined. Fast forward a few weeks (with very little driving), and my car suddenly started overheating. Thankfully, I was near another mechanic who diagnosed the issue: a thermostat stuck closed. According to them, Mile High Honda had only drained and refilled my coolant—they didn’t actually inspect any internal parts, which should be standard during a complete radiator service. Because of their negligence, I had to spend another $500 to fix the issue. When I brought it to their attention, they offered a $75 refund—barely anything compared to the cost of the repair. We suggested that a fair compromise would be refunding half of the service amount ($280), but instead of working with us, they completely ghosted the conversation. All over an additional $60. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Poor service, no accountability, and zero follow-through. If you value honest, reliable care for your vehicle—take it somewhere else. More
Poor communication and they won't own up to it if they make mistakes. I have called to speak with a manager 3 times now and have been assured someone will call me back. Nothing. Then they have the nerve to send a marketing text asking for my business. Their service dept misthreaded a lug nut so when I got a flat, of course on that tire, I had to have my car towed in ($120) and then pay for them to replace the tire and fix the mistake that THEY made. I had to cough up $1200 and miss an entire day of work because they screwed up my lug nut. No one else has worked on my car and yet they won't even call me back!! Bad business. Don't go here. More

After getting my car serviced for a "Check Engine" light. It came back on 8 miles later. Called on Monday left a message for the Service Manager. He didn't call back. I told him I was not satisfied, he still didn't offer anything. Disputing the charge with my bank. Go elsewhere. Zero Stars More
Don’t go here. I went in for an oil change and AC inspection. Mechanics let me know it’d be covered by warranty. After 5 hours waiting in the shop, I had to leave prior to service since they took walk ins before my scheduled service. They rescheduled me for the AC fix just a few days later. After wasting 3 more hours at their shop, they told me they made a mistake and couldn’t fix my car under warranty. Would be ~3k. Complete waste of time. I also saw my service advisor texting and driving in my car. Brought this up to both George Black (GM) with no response and Scott Mack (manager) who defended the service advisors who were rude, texting and driving, and mechanics for confirming I was covered by warranty. More

Charles was very helpful even to the point of jump starting my car so that I could drive it to the dealership. I also appreciate one of the service managers, whose name is Jill, for ensuring that I was satisfied with the service rendered before I left. I referred a good friend to Charles Kirya who sold 2 vehicles to me and he was extremely satisfied with Charles’ knowledge and patience. I like to feel safe in my vehicle and when I bring it in for regular maintenance, I feel confident in their attention to detail. I take my vehicle in for regular service to ensure that it will last a long time. When the time is right and if I need a new vehicle, I will choose Charles Kirya as my Salesman and I will choose Mike High Honda. More
