We traded in my husband's 05' Chrysler 300 for a 08' Chrysler 300c (he's a Chrysler fan tee hee) and we didn't feel pressured or pressed to buy at all like other dealerships tried to do to us. Josh did everything he could to get us into a comfortable price range and more and we are very happy with the customer service we received we might even trade my Mazda for that Sorrento! =) come to MHCC they'll take care of you especially if you're military!!!! You won't get played here. More

Joshua Mccoy was amazing, unfortunately when I went back with a pre approval letter for $36,000 from navy federal credit union $6,000 more then what was needed for the vehicle Joshua had me sold on the night before I was treated awful by not only zack but also another sales associate that apparently was morning over a recent funeral he attended earlier in the week. (I call xxxxxxxx) Regardless I decided to go to a different car lot. I am now a proud owner of a hummer. But still extremely upset over the way I was treated. More

The extra mile, without a doubt! JEFF JACKSON, Service Advisor (AND a well experienced technician) at Mile High Car Company, went the extra mile for me and my BEAUTIFUL Chrystler 300C JEFF JACKSON, Service Advisor (AND a well experienced technician) at Mile High Car Company, went the extra mile for me and my BEAUTIFUL Chrystler 300C! JOSH and ZACK, in the sales department, got me a smokin' deal on it the day before. I bought it with the 22", dish rims it had on it, but soon found a bad shimmy on the highway throughout the car. I had already scheduled an appointment with the service department earlier that morning for a few other issues, but with this shimmy I'd just discovered on the way to work, I just HAD to have it taken care of as soon as possible. I returned to Mile High as soon as I could to see what my options were. I knew they were busy, and I knew I had an appointment in about a week, but if I could just get in for this one issue...! What JEFF JACKSON decided to do from here was nothing short of amazing customer service, even to the point of personal sacrifice! With some VERY large jobs pending on his schedule for the day, he spent the next six hours with me and my 300C, hunting down an elusive shimmy at highway speeds. At one point, he AND his crew were using two of the three lifts in their shop to troubleshoot MY problem! LOOOOONG story short, JEFF JACKSON spent his entire afternoon and evening making everything right for me! With even more help from manager/owner JOSH GUNTER, these guys not only went the extra mile and resolved my problem, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! When it comes to customer service and making it right, I've never experienced this level of perseverance, professionalism, and dedication anywhere else! I've already told everyone I know about my experience, and now I've told you! Next time you need dependable service, and a technician you can trust, head over to Mile High and ask for JEFF JACKSON! More
