My experience with Mile High Acura has been extremely positive. The service has been responsive and reliable, but most importantly to me has been the ability to work with 1 person who knows me and I can positive. Mark was very helpful in the context of an unscheduled visit that turned out to involve more work than we had anticipated. He even rememberd us from a previous visit; although, we live more than 5 hours visit that turned out to involve more work than we had anticipated. This is my second Acrua in the last 22 years. I am the one who takes the cars to have regular service work done and to have any repairs looked after, which are very few. Each time I go the service department Mark knows my name, has the paperwork ready, and gives me an estimate of how long it would take. He makes sure that I am informed of issues with the car that need my attention, and is always ready for alternatives. Mark is a friend as well as greatm service rep. More
Service department is much better than your sales department. Service techs are very friendly, business like and seem to care that me and my car are taken care of. I have had many different brands of automobiles over time, and one thing always seemed to be a constant - if I continued to take it to the dealer for regular service, then something always came up that time, and one thing always seemed to be a constant - if I continued to take it to the dealer for regular service, then something always came up that drove the price of even a routine visit to hundreds of dollars. It was either bad products or - more likely - a service department that was measured and paid on how much service, whether needed or not, that they could sell per visit. When I went "upscale" with my first Acura, and started dealing with Mark, that all seemed to change. The vehicles (I now have 2) seemed to run fine with just regularly scheduled work, and when I did need something above that, Mark was great at explaining whey it was needed, what the urgency level was, and if there were any alternatives. This has continued over 12 years, so I now know that most of my visits will be for what I planned, and only a few will "need more" as all cars will from time to time. In addition, Mark has become a good friend that is easy to visit with. That means that visits for regular service are enjoyable, the amenities are great, and I know that I will be paying for only what my car needs, not what some quota dictates. I am a person who is not shy about complaining when I get poor service, so it is a pleasure to discuss really good service. I highly recommend the dealership in general and Mark in particular. More

I have been a Mile High customer since 1986 and have purchased two vehicles, the first a 1986 Legend. At first the service department was vey negative--told us the 1986 Legend was a lemon. But then that changed and I have been treated very well. Especially since Mark Jarvis became my Service Representative. And this has covered all aspects of my current Acura, batteries, tires and maintenance, suspension, fender bender repairs, heater/radiator replacement, window washers and wiper blades, quarterly lube and safety inspections,i.e., all aspects of keeping my vehicle safe and secure. Mark explains everything in terms I can understand and treats me like a valued customer, making me feel secure in dealing with Mile High. I think Mark is a very definite asset to Mile High. I have been asvised to go to cut rate repair shops, but I have utmost faith in always working with this dealership. While waiting for service I have observed Mark with other customers and he is the epitome of what a service representative should be. He is not only an order taker, he is a specialist in automotive repair--can tell what is needed just by observing or listening and then confirming with the experts in the maintenance department. He is special. Please appreciate him as much as I do. More
