Mark is always prepared to answer my often exceptional service that I consistently experience with Mark Jarvis and the Mile High Service Department. Mark is always prepared to answer my often inane questions with patience and understandable information. He explains the necessity for the current service and also helps me to anticipate any future service visits. He has represented me with Acura with a premature transmission problem that Acura then replaced, and genuinely looks out for the interests of his customers. Additionally, he performs his job with good humor, friendliness, and knowledge. Because of Mark and the service department, I will definitely look at other Acuras for future car purchases. More
