They later called my by 1:00 to tell me the car was ready, and the charge was exactly what they estimated. More

It's Always Nice to Work with a Friendly Face I purchased an Acura TL, in 2006, from Matt Heintz and because that experience was so great, I never forgot his name. Fast forward to the end of Dece I purchased an Acura TL, in 2006, from Matt Heintz and because that experience was so great, I never forgot his name. Fast forward to the end of December 2014, when me TL had to have some maintenance work done on it. I was given a 2015 RDX to drive, while mine was being worked on and I fell in LOVE. Although I wasn't planning on purchasing a new vehicle, I was able to work with Matt again and drove away with my new RDX. It's always nice to work with a friendly face, especially when it is so rare to find a sales person who remains at the same dealership. Matt has never made me feel pressured or as if I am being taken advantage of. I have and will continue to be a loyal fan of both Acura and Matt Heintz. I wouldn't want to buy a car from anyone else.
