I came in for a filter and oil change service. I was offered coffee, water and snacks in the waiting room. I purchased my RDX in December so this was the first time that i had the need to visit the service department. I had spoken with Mark Jarvis, from Arizona, by phone in January,. The right fog light had bee that i had the need to visit the service department. I had spoken with Mark Jarvis, from Arizona, by phone in January,. The right fog light had been broken on my trip to Arizona. I was not comfortable going to a dealership with which I was not familiar. Mark assured me that since Arizona had no snow, ice, and little rain it would be safe for me to wait until I returned to Colorado to have the light repaired. When I called to schedule an appointment for the 5000 mile service and repair of the fog light Mark remembered my situation. Casey was great. I was 40 minutes late for my oil change appointment and he was still able to change the oil, check the car out and wash it in less than one hour. That is the shortest amount of time I have appointment and he was still able to change the oil, check the car out and wash it in less than one hour.
