Mark and others at Customer service for MDX repair are great. They are friendly and they explain car issues and make recommendations. Mark also follows up extremely well. I've recommended Mile High Acura to several of my Acura-driving friends and they love the way they are treated by Mark Jarvis. We own a 2004 Acura MDX (purchased new)and have had all owner manual recommended services performed at Mile High Acura. In all these years I don't recall any service issue arising with our MDX in between t owner manual recommended services performed at Mile High Acura. In all these years I don't recall any service issue arising with our MDX in between those recommended services (as an aside, we are so happy with our MDX, we have decided all our future auto purchases will be Acuras--and, yes, we will utilize Mile High Acura for service). If so, any out of the ordinary service would have been performed at Mile High Acura. We are confident in the service work performed. All personnel (our service consultant,service techs and cashier) are professional, knowledgable, very efficient and warm. I look forward to my service experiences at Mile High Acura. Our service consultant for many years has been Mark Jarvis. He makes sure we are well informed and possesses all the qualities described above. He also welcomes any telephone call I make to him on occasion with a general question. The environment at Mile High is pristine and we find it a pleasure to be a customer. I had an issue with the fan for my heater in my MDX. I was getting a loud noise coming from the fan everytime I turned on the air conditioner or heater. A few days earlier I had the windshield replaced b was getting a loud noise coming from the fan everytime I turned on the air conditioner or heater. A few days earlier I had the windshield replaced by a local glass vendor and began to notice this noise immediately. I took the car back to the glass vendor and they were not able to locate the cause of the noise. So, I took the car into this dealer and they were able to find that a piece of paper towel was wrapped around the fan. They saved this piece of paper towel for me and I was able to file a claim for the cost of this service with the glass vendor. The glass vendor was willing to reimburse me for the cost of this service. I want to say thank you to the dealer for helping me get this issue quickly resolved. More
