I keep coming back to Mile High Acura because Mark Jarvis has always been right there with help when I had a question about my new or my used Acura, or when I needed service. I live two hours away from Denver in the mountains, but I wouldn't think of getting my car serviced or Any repairs done anywhere else because I trust him when he tells me what needs to be done. I Know I can call him and he will fit me in if there's an emergency that needs taking care of. My daughter recently was in Dallas and had a car emergency. I called Mark, he found an Acura dealer close to her so she could have it towed there, and he got in touch with the technician so he could keep me informed. I always knop that I'm getting the correct service and the right part for my car and I even asked him for help when I purchased my last Acura. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional, the dealership should be very proud to have such a wonderful employee. More

My service rep is Mark Jarvis and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently, I had a problem with my MDX not starting and it was the end of the day. Not only did he guide me th knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently, I had a problem with my MDX not starting and it was the end of the day. Not only did he guide me through getting it towed over and repaired, he arranged for a loaner car on a moment's notice that allowed me to make a critical meeting the next morning.
