Mark has is a professional, whenever I need assistance, I always look for him. If he is with another customer or on the phone he has a way of acknowledging you while still giving the person he is helping his always look for him. I have always appreciated how in a few minutes you are his next priority and your concerns are his highest priority. He takes the time to explain what is needed or why the repairs are necessary. He will follow up with a phone call updating you on the status of your repair and has stayed late to help assist in picking up your car. It’s because of Marks friendly outgoing personality and making your feel so important. I will wait for him to finish with another customer before I would go to the next available service writer. I have consistently received EXCELLENT service from Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura. He remembers my schedule (I have kids to drop off at school, so it's hard to be there before 9 a.m.) and knows I can't do Jarvis at Mile High Acura. He remembers my schedule (I have kids to drop off at school, so it's hard to be there before 9 a.m.) and knows I can't do service on the weekends. He also knows I am flexible for short service calls and prefer waiting in the super comfy lounge (where it is quiet and I can get some work done.) If I do need a loaner, he always makes sure I am comfortable with the car and how it works before I leave the lot. Let me put it this way, I can't wait to buy my next Acura from Mr. Mark Jarvis! More

I bought my 1994 Acura Integra from Mile High Acura, and I kept it and had it serviced there for 17 years. I felt that Mark Jarvis was always looking out for me as well as my car. He knew I needed to keep it going for as long as possible. He and the entire staff were always friendly, available, and extremely helpful. They NEVER recommended service I did not need, and they helped me prepare (financially) for the service they anticipated that I would need. The work done on my car was always flawless and, as a result, I never let any other dealer or mechanic service it. I would love to buy another new Acura, and if I do, I will definitely purchase it at Mile High Acura. More
I have worked with the team at Mile High Acura since 1993, shortly after I had purchased a new Vigor from an Acura dealership in Kansas City before I moved to Denver. Mark Jarvis was the first contact I 1993, shortly after I had purchased a new Vigor from an Acura dealership in Kansas City before I moved to Denver. Mark Jarvis was the first contact I ever made at Mile High, and in the 18 years (!) that have passed since, he has always made sure that my vehicles left the service department fully functioning and in tip-top shape for my safety & that of my son. Even after I left Denver, Mark & his team responded to many a service question from me, and they are always the first call I place whenever I need help. When I purchased my '07 MDX from Mile High, there was so much new technology in that vehicle compared to the '93 Vigor I had previously owned (and put more than 326,000 miles on!), that I frequently called simply to find out how to operate something. Despite how busy the shop always seems to be, Mark and the service team are unfailingly patient, and I end up feeling like I am the only customer in the building. Even though I now live in Minnesota, I've never been able to establish a service relationship as trusted as the one I have with Mile High. If they tell me I need something done on my car, I believe them, knowing I can trust what I'm being told. Mark is phenomenal, and I only wish I had the chance to interact with other service professionals of his caliber. More
Don always treats me right, and gets me a loaner whenever he can. I consider us friends, and I'm sure he feels the same. Loretta makes paying almost a process to look forward to. Everyone is friendly and personable, from managers to the shaggers. I keep asking for the Ferrari loaner, and bacon and eggs, when I'm waiting, in the morning, but those are the only things I can think of that never happen. P.S. I met Mark Jarvis when I bought an Acura Legend in 1997 and needed to get it serviced. The woman I bought the car from said that even though she had bought the car at Courtesy Acura, Mile High was the only and needed to get it serviced. The woman I bought the car from said that even though she had bought the car at Courtesy Acura, Mile High was the only place she would ever take the Legend for service work. The car had less than 30,000 miles on it and throughout its check-ups, and one issue with the rear brake kicking in the ABS system in the summer months, Mile High never disappointed. I have to drive 300 miles for service as there is no Acura dealer in my town, and there was never a time when the loaner car wasn't waiting for me. Mark Jarvis always explained exactly what was needed and what was being done to my car, and he made a single woman very comfortable with taking her car "into the shop". That had not been my experience with other dealerships, or repair shops, and other service manaagers. Mark Jarvis goes above and beyond and became a trusted friend as the years went on. When my Acura Legend rolled past 100,000 miles, I felt it was time to replace it with another luxury vehicle. Because my experience with everyone at Mile High Acura had been nothing but teriffic, I was predisposed to buy my next car from them again. I briefly considered a Lexus or a Mercedes, but a large part of my purchasing decision was getting the Mile High service department, as a bonus with my new vehicle. I turned to my service advisor, Mark Jarvis and asked him what car I should buy. I remember it clearly when he said to me, "two words, RL". I laughed and said that isn't two words, he laughed, got a sweet saleslady to work with me, and four hours later I drove away in Uri, the sales manager's, former demo RL. Unlike previous experiences at other dealerships, Uri and Mile High made buying a car easy and not degrading. Currently at 66,000 miles, I still love my car and I still think the world of Mile High Acura. I have had no problems with this car, and Mark Jarvis is always there to tell me when my next maintenance check-up is and what it will entail. I know my car is in good hands, and Mark has always been upfront about the cost of the service and what my options are. My cars have always been ready at the promised time and cleaned to boot. The bottled waters are appreciated as is the clean service area. When my RL is ready to be upgraded, (but since I love my car I may drive it until the wheels fall off), I will buy an Acura once again from Mile High. Hopefully Uri and Mark will still be there to help me every step of the way, and the 2012 RL will be larger and something I would want to own. More
