I purchased my Acura 2001 CL Type S from MileHigh in 2001. I have all of my service done at MileHi and usually deal with Mark as my service advisor. When the service is going to take a least a day or longer I usually get a dealer loaner. I find that service pricing is usually competitive with other dealers/auto service shops. This is my second Acura and will be lookig at new models when the time comes to trade. Also, I appreciate the senior discount on services. More
I don't go to any dealership with the expectation of above and beyond service. Mile High routinely surprises me with extra care. When I note a problem with my auto, they fix it, often at no cost. I've never been given rationalizations that give me pause. Most recently, I asked for service to replace or secure body molding that was damaged below the front bumper. Mark got on his hands and knees and resecured the molding below my front bumper. He said that he had experienced the same problem with his car and therefore knew the fix. I was embarrased to see him on his hands and knees fixing my car and certainly did not expect such exceptional attention. And there was no charge. I was surprised and appreciative of the senior discount offered at Mile High. Things get done quicker than I expect, which is always a nice surprise. I don't expect but appreciate a loan car when service takes a good part of a day. While I don't recall all of the examples of exceptioal servise that I have experienced at Mile High Acura over the years, I ask for and trust Mark Jarvis and the other service representatives to advise me regarding care of my car. If they say they recommend a fix, I want to do it. I go to Acura dealers with no reservations about the honesty and dependability I will find at the service departments. With the exception of the original purchase at a dealer in Temecula, CA, all my experience with Acura dealers has been exceptional. Thank you. Rex A. Lucas More
We have bought 4 Acuras from Mile High Acura. They always go above and beyond in the service area, and in the sales area. We couldn't ask for more when it comes to the maintenance of our vehicles. I have two Acura vehicles. Neither was purchased at Mile High Acura because they were not price competetive. However, soon after buying the first one, I had a problem secondary to significant damage to the High Acura because they were not price competetive. However, soon after buying the first one, I had a problem secondary to significant damage to the underside of the vehicle from road debris. My vehicle was towed to Mile High as it was he nearest dealer. The bad luck of the damage was countered by the good luck of meeting Mark Jarvis in the service department. I found a man who is articulate, knowledgeable and motivated to deliver the finest possible customer service. There was no doubt that I wished to continue my service at Mile High. I chose to buy another Acura and Mark referred me to a Mile High salesperson. However, once more Mile High was not price competetive so I bought the second Acura at the same dealership where I bought the first. I immediately chose to bring that vehicle to Mile High for service solely because of Mark. He has repeatedly made my spouse and me know that he cares for us and intends to deliver satisfaction. Never has he failed to do that. If ever there was a problem with servive or repairs, which has been quite rare and never too significant, Mark has immediately made it right. Mark has always been accommodating in arranging for a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. Mile High Acura made a very wise choice when they hired Mark Jarvis. Mark Jarvis has always provided personalized service with a smile. I've worked with Mark for a few years now and I have to say his warm and bright personality make visiting Acura more of an experience than a smile. Mark welcomes me to use the waiting area with Wi-Fi, beverages, and snacks which makes my wait much more comfortable. During repairs that require my car to stay for extended periods, Mark provides a very nice loaner car that he thoroughly orients me to before I take off. Mark is in contact with me every step of the way, calling me with information on the repairs, the expected duration of serving, and details on pricing. He kindly welcomes my questions and presents answers without using automotive jargon outside of my realm of understanding. He advises me of cost-saving alternatives whenever possible. When I pick up my car it's nicely washed and vacuumed and when weather does not allow for a washing, Mark kindly offers a coupon to return for a cleaning when the weather permits. I am glad to have Mark as my service contact and am appreciative of the first-rate service he provides each time I visit Acura. More
