I bring my MDX to Mile High Acura for all its maintenance and repair needs, in large part because of the service provided by Mark Jarvis. Mark is always friendly, helpful and reliable. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I understand what repairs my vehicle needs, how long they will take, the cost of the repairs, and the best course of action in the event there is a choice to be made. Mark also works around my schedule so that the maintenance or repairs can be completed with little interruption to my busy schedule. More
I thought the customer service was outstanding. I had to visit the service department due to remote key problems. Although no resolution was found, the auto technician and the customer service representati visit the service department due to remote key problems. Although no resolution was found, the auto technician and the customer service representatives appeared to do everything in their power to attempt to find the problem. A subsequent appointment was scheduled for a second opinion, but I do believe the individuals that worked with me that day did everything they possibly could. I was only charged for issues with the car that were repaired. I was not charged for the extra 2.5 hours of diagnosis and troubleshooting the Mile High Acura personnel completed on the car. Mark Jarvis is the primary reason we use Mile High Acura for servicing. We have worked with Mark for over 20 years. He's the best! He explains unfamiliar car mechanics so I can understand it. We have had a long association with Mile High Honda (to service our 1986 Honda Accord) and then another long association with Mile High Acura (when we purchased our 2001 Acura MDX). Within the past few years we were fortunate to work with Sr. Consultant Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura; who has singlehandedly moved our experience from good/very good to excellent. Mark has done this through his wonderful personality, his friendliness, his expertise, his reliability, and especially his integrity. We have never felt that Mark tried to up sale us in any of our service visits to Mile High Acura; that he has ever tied to increase Mile High's or his own profits by recommending services that might be unnecessary. Anytime and everytime my Acura was in need of service, Mark was always thorough and personable in explaining the "whats" and "whys" of the procedures to be performed on my car. I live in Castle Rock and looked at cars at another dealership before I purchased my TL at Mile High in 2005. The otehr dealer was closer to my home but I was treated better at Mile High so I decided dealership before I purchased my TL at Mile High in 2005. After I purchased my car I decided to remain at Mile High for service in hopes that the customer service in that department wsa going to just as good. I first worked with Brain who was fantasic to work with, then with Mark Jarvis for a short period of time and now I always schedule with Charlie who is as good as Brian (to be as good as Brain is saying a lot). This being said, after Brain left I almost found a service department closer to my home but after working with Charlie I decided to remain a customer at Mile High. Customer service is a big deal to me, thank you to Mile High for givign such great service! More
