My son's Acura RDX broke down on his way to Denver from Lincoln Nebraska. I called the dealership late Saturday afternoon and Kemal helped me find someone to tow it to the dealership. It is very substandard for Mile High Acura dealership service department to run VIN, that is if they ever did, and not tell me there is a recall on airbag that may dislodge metal parts in case it deplo service department to run VIN, that is if they ever did, and not tell me there is a recall on airbag that may dislodge metal parts in case it deploys. I have the letter from Acura of America in possession but they never check the basics as required by Acura corp. Now, why should I trust you and let you to even put air in tires or wash my car? More

Mile High Acura provides excellent, thorough, and fair service every time! I bought my 2017 RDX from this dealership and always return for service because of their expert care and friendly, professional s service every time! Yesterday, I went in for a new battery and was able to receive safe, efficient no-contact service, which was important to me due to my high risk health concerns. Thank you to Chris, Leo and Jessie for making it all so fast and easy, and for filling the air in my tires because they were low when I got there. I was able to stay in my car the whole time and pay over the phone, but was also so impressed that all of their staff wore face masks the entire time (it was 100 degrees outside as they serviced my car!) I've owned Acuras for 25 years and have received service at 5 other dealerships, and Mile High is by far the best. I highly recommend them! More

Do not take your Acura to this dealership to be serviced. My car needed rear brake work, and the diagnostic test showed that I needed new pads and rotors. I received the report of recommendations, along with My car needed rear brake work, and the diagnostic test showed that I needed new pads and rotors. I received the report of recommendations, along with pricing for each, and chose this rear brake work to be completed. I agreed electronically and over the phone what services would be completed. The following day, a service representative, Todd, called me and said, “We cannot remove your wheels without causing potential damage, so in order to complete the rear brake work it would cost $320 additional, and I need your verbal consent.” We talked for about 10 minutes. I told him I would call him back. I spoke with a personal contact who works on cars about what Todd had said about not being able to remove the wheels. My initial service representative was out of office that day. I called back and spoke with Todd, and asked “So you are saying you cannot complete the work that was agreed upon for the price it was agreed upon without me paying another $320?” He said “Yes, correct.” I got transferred to the service manager, Chris, and asked him the same question. He said, “Yes, correct.” Then I said, “okay, I’ll come get my car.” 60 seconds later I got a call back from Chris. He said, “all of the service that was agreed upon has been completed.” I was confused, asked him again “but you and Todd just said it couldn’t be completed unless I paid another $320.” “Ignore that,” he said. That is a clear display of trying to take advantage of someone. They lied to me on the phone for 10 minutes, threatened that the work won’t be done unless I agree to paying more money, and said the work was not done when it was in fact already completed. I do not recommend bringing your Acura here. Todd and Chris engaged in behavior that I would call fraud. More

Great experience with the BEST SHUTTLE driver! Had my vehicle serviced and the work was performed quickly and w/o incident. I honestly , though, had a wonderful experience with my shuttle driver, A Had my vehicle serviced and the work was performed quickly and w/o incident. I honestly , though, had a wonderful experience with my shuttle driver, Al Bowen. From the beginning he was very approachable. He was very welcoming and we were able to have some great conversation during the ride from the dealership to my office. He's very accommodating and provided some comical relief on the way back to the dealership, which is refreshing. Somebody, give this man a RAISE! I'll be back to get my vehicle serviced and request another shuttle ride with Al in the future! More
