Mark Jarvis, service consultant, is the major reason for my consistently outstanding experience at Mile High Acura over the past five years. Even though the appointments were booked all day, he managed to fit me in! The time before that, he managed to get me a rental car last minute so I could make it to a doctor's appointment on time. Can't say enough about them. Friendly, and just as importantly, candid. They didn't overpromise and underdeliver--Simply told me what they could do, then did what they promised. Example: I put a deposit down on a car and when the car came in, demand had really spiked on the model--They in all reality could have sold the car to someone else for more money, or raised the price-- but they didn't play games and honored the original offer. Matthew Heintz, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the Acura lineup and is a real straight-shooter, what more can you ask for? Also felt very respected and valued by Gene in their finance department. Again, he went the extra mile to explain our options. Zero pressure on the car or anything else (warranties, pinstripes, tru-coat, etc.). I would recommend this dealership highly and would purchase from them again in a heartbeat. More
The salesman we worked with was very knowledgable, friendly and thorough. And when we finally purchased the car of our choice, he spent an hour getting it prepped, going over the features of the car, and setting up all of our personal settings. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He spent several hours with me on the day I picked up the car- helping install the phone and showing me all the details of my new car, most especially the navigation system.
