Mark has been my service agent for many years;he gives the best service I have every had! He is always looking out for what needs to be done and in the most efficient way. Had my MDX serviced 2-3 weeks ago. I also had a defect battery a week ago. Unbeatable 5 star service all the way! The regular service was done on time while I waited. When my car battery went, a tow truck picked up the car at the time that was promised and took it to Mile High. I notified Mark, who kept me in the loop all the way made sure it got fixed painlessly and effortlessly. I live two hours away from Denver and when im in town I prefer not to spend hours and hours at the dealership negotiating. Erik Traeber is always sensitive to this fact. He takes the time to find out exactly what i need and by the time I get to the dealership Erik has the offer ready, the offer that he knows will work for me. The quality of Erik Traeber's customer service as well as that of everyone whom I come in contact with while there is what brings be back to Mile High Acura.
