We have been going to see Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura for the past 6+ years. We now live an hour away from Denver in Colorado Springs, but make the drive to Mile High for all of the service on both of ou for the past 6+ years. The drive is completely worth it for the service we get. The customer service is excellent, everyone is always very friendly, and they always have a loaner car ready for us if it will be alonger appointment. The quality of their work is excellent, and I know I can trust them when they tell me what my car needs. Although I had a preconceived expectation of going into a car dealership, to deal with a 'car salesman', Eric was different. He was a professional. I am a trainer and found him to be refreshing in his approach - not quick to try to sell, but finding out more about me, what I do, what my needs are. He did a great job at selling the reputation and service of the dealership, which meant a lot to me. And, as I said, this is my second consecutive car from him, and I get all of my service done there, and have been very satisfied! I also appreciated follow up from Erik, AFTER the sale, and even on my anniversaries (1 & 2 years out)! This shows me he's a true professional, and loves his work.
