Mark is the perfect example of "Employee of the Year". I've been in customer service for over 30 years myself and to see the way Mark treats his customers or to be one of his customers is an excell Year". Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty, he makes sure your kept up to date on the progress of your car while in the comfortable waiting room or if I've dropped my car off he will always call me during the day. He is professional and carries such a positive attitude that it is actually "fun" to bring my car in to have service done. He takes "one on one" time with his customers and that in itself makes you feel like someone special. He will take the time to explain the service departments recommendation on fix up or repair in a manner that one can make a sound decision on what might be the 1st most important item to fix (because of cost) - and that is a major reason I trust Mark and Mile High because I don't feel "ripped off". I have no problem recommending Mark to my Acura friends and many have called upon him and have been just as satisifed, so Thank you Mile High for having employees such as Mark! More

Mark greets you with a smile in expression and manner; listens closely while noting in detail your concerns; volunteers a rough estimate of the time required and expense involved in those cases where the service to be provided is known ahead of time; brings the unwelcomed news about time and cost with the bedside manner of a hospice physician; moves you through the "check out" process smoothly with all charges explained in detail along with a reminder of the next service recommended by Acura. The service performed at Mile High on the car is of the highest quality also. I have had my Honda or Acura serviced there for over 20 years and I have never had to bring the car back because it was improperly or incompletely serviced. Mile High Acura runs a service department you can trust. More
I have used Mile High Acura since 1996 when I purchased my NSX. The service is great and it is nice to have Mark Jarvis at the Service Desk because he owns two NSX's and is very familiar with the vehicle. my NSX. Our first contact with Mile Hi Acura was in the spring of 1986 when we purchased our first Acura and have always had an Acura as our main auto ever since. I've been visiting Mile High Acura dealership for the last 2 years since purchasing 2009 TSX from them. They were great at the purchase stage when I was talking to them and the other Acura dealership and last 2 years since purchasing 2009 TSX from them. They were great at the purchase stage when I was talking to them and the other Acura dealership and I continue to have great experience with them with all service and maintenance requests. I've been working with Mark Jarvis, service advisor there, for a while and always receive awesome customer service and feel welcome. Mark always keeps me up to date on the repair/service status and very flexible to accomodate my schedule on when I need to drop or pick up the car. I never had a problem to get a loaner while my car is in service there and, on one occasion, when they needed to keep car longer, Mark just extended my loaner without me coming there until they got all required parts. So far I am very happy with this Mile High Acura dealership and would like them to keep their quality standards high and customer service to stay excellent! Volodymyr More

I thought the customer service was outstanding. I had to visit the service department due to remote key problems. Although no resolution was found, the auto technician and the customer service representati visit the service department due to remote key problems. Although no resolution was found, the auto technician and the customer service representatives appeared to do everything in their power to attempt to find the problem. A subsequent appointment was scheduled for a second opinion, but I do believe the individuals that worked with me that day did everything they possibly could. I was only charged for issues with the car that were repaired. I was not charged for the extra 2.5 hours of diagnosis and troubleshooting the Mile High Acura personnel completed on the car. Thanks for the help. More
