I have been going to Mile Hi Acura for service for the last 10 years, and have always been treated well. Everyone there takes the time to explain exactly what has to be done in terms that someone who kno last 10 years, and have always been treated well. I deal with Mark Jarvis specifically who is the consummate professional; friendly and courteous. The work is done efficiently, and I have never had problems. This dealership services our 2 Acura's. Mark and the service group provide the very best of service. We are treated as friends when we come in. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what our service group provide the very best of service. We are treated as friends when we come in. If they see something that needs to be addressed other than what we came in for they call and let us know what is going on and let us know our options for service. They always give us an estimate on what it will cost and if it critical that we have it done now or we can wait on the repair. This service is what built our trust in the dealership. When we are ready to replace our vehicles this will be our first stop. Mark is the best! He always has time to answer questions and gets us through our pick up as quickly as he can. More
