Great car with a fair market value price! I was seeking a quality used car at a fair price. I had done a large amount of research on Acura MDX model SUV’s. I contacted Matthias Archil in refer I was seeking a quality used car at a fair price. I had done a large amount of research on Acura MDX model SUV’s. I contacted Matthias Archil in reference to a specific vehicle. He quickly confirmed that it was still available and even took pictures of the vehicle and sent them directly to my phone before they advertised the vehicle for sale. Matthias allowed me to access to the service department so I could view the vehicle while they were performing some minor repairs. He introduced me to the used car manager, where we were able to negotiate a price based on some minor scrapes and dents found on the vehicle. They were able to have the vehicle ready for a test drive the very next day, and had all the issues rectified just as they had promised. I was able to leave with the vehicle that same evening with very little paperwork, they made the process very easy and quick. They also sent a glass company to my place of business to install a brand new windshield, just as they had said they would. They even managed to get me a better interest rate with my very own credit union. I want to thank Matthias and the rest of the team at Mike Ward Infinity, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used luxury automobile to work with them, they were great! More
