Watch out for Bait and Switch! They advertised a used car on their website for $6000. We went in to test drive it and said we were interested in purchasing it. The sales guy said they had accidentally priced on their website for $6000. We went in to test drive it and said we were interested in purchasing it. The sales guy said they had accidentally priced it at $6K and it really should have been priced at $8k. However, he said they would go ahead and honor the website price because it was their mistake. We were happy with that and thought it was the honorable & right thing for them to do. Then as we're sitting the sales guy's office waiting to get started on the paperwork, his manager, Chad, comes in and says that he refuses to sell us the car at the $6k website price because it was a mistake! He was so aggressive and rude to us about it and did not care that we had already been promised that price by his sales guy! We have never been treated so rudely in our lives and were completely flabbergasted by his attitude towards us. So after seeing that we weren't going to get anywhere with Chad, we asked to speak to his manager, Peter. We explained the whole situation to him. He listened politely & at the end of our story he agreed that honoring the $6k price was the right thing for them to do. Great, finally someone who cares about treating the customer right! So we paid for the car and they told us they would call us the next day after they did a mandatory inspection that they would do as soon as they opened for business the next morning. Did they call us? No! Did they do an inspection first thing the next morning? No! We drove over & watched it sit in the lot completely ignored until mid afternoon. For hours the dealership gave us every stall tactic & runaround they could think of trying to scare us into backing out of the deal. They kept talking about how they had to inspect the car, and how they might find some major issues with it and of course they wouldn't want to sell us a car that wasn't safe to drive. At this point we could tell that they were doing everything they could to stall and kill the deal so they could sell it to someone else for a higher price. So my husband went in and said he wasn't leaving until he had the car in his possession and that we were going to watch them do the inspection. At this point, all trust was gone in our eyes and we didn't put it past them to sabotage the car in some way. Finally after 18 hours, we drove off with the car. They didn't even wash it or fill up the gas tank for us. Real classy, Mike Ward, real classy. By the way, that car we bought was for our teenager. I am ready to buy an Infiniti for myself in the next few weeks & you can bet I won't be going back to this dealership. EVER! They are super shady. Go elsewhere! More
The dealership far exceeded my expectations. I am a very difficult shopper, because I don’t care for sales people or to be sold or pushed. I met with Van, who works with their internet department, to see a car that he had posted on Autotrader. When I arrived, he agreed to bring up the car I wanted to see and also recommended another vehicle that he thought might work just as well. It was so nice to have the cars brought to the show room, instead of walking his car lot. After test driving both cars and spending much time looking over both cars, I ruled out the original car I had come to see and re-test drove the recommended car Van had suggested. I went home that night surprised that I was more interested in the second vehicle and with Van’s insistence; I did further research on the second car. The next day when I made a decision to move forward with the second car, Van went right to work getting financing put together and explaining all of my options. With it being a Saturday and with the long list of other things I needed to get done, it was nice to do most of the leg work over the phone and on the internet, allowing me time to finish other projects. Once Van had everything put together, I went into the dealership, looked the car over one more time and purchased it. It was a wonderful experience and I believe that every dealership should make the car buying experience as easy as Van did and Mike Ward Infiniti. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them and I would recommend them to anyone. There was never any hard selling and I appreciated the wealth of information that Van provided, even about cars that I was interested in that weren’t on his lot. I felt he was honest about his information, especially when he agreed that another car I was looking at was a good car to purchase and very well made. I would also like to add that Ken, in the finance department, was very kind and informative about my financing options, explained everything and completed the process in a very timely manner. More
I was recently in for service at Mike Ward Infiniti. I was immediately greeted by Arend who explained the process to me. This by far has to be one of the worse dealerships out there. Not just once but twice are dealings with this dealership has been found to be less than desireable. Our salesman would not follow through on anything he told us, he told us they were not a high pressure dealership, thats find, BUT I wanted to buy a vehicle from them and this salesman did nothing to help put the deal together. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. This is one dealership I will NEVER set foot in again!!!!!!! More
