Rance Like makes car shopping enjoyable! I would like to personally thank Mike Ward Infiniti and the amazing staff that they have. My fiance and I had not thought of purchasing an Infiniti, b I would like to personally thank Mike Ward Infiniti and the amazing staff that they have. My fiance and I had not thought of purchasing an Infiniti, but sure glad we did. Our vehicle was damaged beyond repair due to a recent hail storm and we were in need of a suitable replacement. We had undergone the process of looking at vehicles at several dealerships online and we had narrowed the results down to a few vehicles at 6 different locations. Mike Ward Infiniti was the 4th on the list and ended up being the last. Rance Like was the sales person that assisted in the process. Every dealership I had visited, were not of the caliber of service you will receive at Mike Ward. Rance showed me several vehicles, but had pointed out one vehicle in the very beginning because of the excellent value. After looking at all of the other vehicles, Rance was right on the money! Immediately after seeing the vehicle, I knew this was the one. The vehicle was a 2006 Infiniti m35x. Rance further impressed me with allowing me to have the car overnight, so that my fiance would have a chance to look at it since it would be for her. My fiance was stuck on a Nissan Rogue, but since I drive a BMW I wanted her to see how a luxury car would change her mind. I had visited a dealership just before visiting Mike Ward and had a BMW on hold until my fiance could get there after work. I had informed Rance of this and he was very accommodating. My fiance met me at Mike Ward and Rance was amazingly friendly. He had pulled the Infiniti and the Rogue up front for my fiance to look at side-by-side. As soon as my fiance saw the Rogue she knew that she wanted something more luxurious. Then she sat in the Infiniti and test drove it. She fell in love with the car, but I informed her that she still had one more vehicle to look at. Rance said that he would wait for us in case we decided to come back. So, I took her over to the other dealership and within less than 5 minutes we returned to see Rance. Rance sat us down in his office and worked out a great deal for us. He even took care of some minor issues with the vehicle at no-cost. He was able to get us a great rate and a great price to include a warranty. He had the finance manager pre-work the contract so that our time there would be minimul. While we were filling out paperwork, Rance had the vehicle fully detailed and sitting up front again for us. The amazing experience continued the next day. I had received a phone call from Rance and informed me that he was able to get our interest rate cut in half and that our payments would now be very close to what we were previously paying. Outstanding! I am sure I am no different than any other person on the thoughts and feelings of having to shop for a vehicle. It is completely dreaded and would rather do just about anything else. Rance changed my fiance's and my outlook forever. All the questions that you ask as to why can't a dealership do this or why can't the sales person be more like this was answered. He was a true blessing! Thank you Rance! No matter what type of vehicle you may be looking for, do yourself a favor and go to Mike Ward Infiniti first. Ask for Rance or any of the other wonderful people that work there and you will be glad you did. You will save time, money, and most of all a headache. From the moment drive into the lot, you will know you are at the right place and that you made the right choice. I will continue to recommend this establishment to each person I know that is in the market for a new/used vehicle. More

He constantly stayed in touch with me through email in a no pressure attitude, he's the reason I purchased an Infiniti and from this dealership. I had very specific requirements, and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Rance Like at Mike Ward Infiniti, and I came back to him because, I trust him. I had very specific requirements, and I was attempting to determine what the best car was for me. I had a little time before I traded my car in, and I was trying to decide if another Infiniti was the way to go and I was determined that I would find it myself. I looked at and test drove used and new vehicles both domestic and foreign at other dealerships. The difference between Rance Like and specifically, the way that Mike Wards Dealership works as it relates to test drives was great, they let you "drive the car". If I heard from one more salesman at those other dealers that they could find me any vehicle that I wanted and that their price was the best, I was going to scream. I wasn't finding the right car, and I returned to Rance at Mike Wards and learned that he had an EX vehicle shipped in that was suited for my physical and financial needs. When he showed me this vehicle, I was sold; Chad Benoit (the Sales Manager) became involved in the negotiation and was both professional and low key. I had secured my own financing prior to my search, but I ended up financing through MW Infiniti as they had better financing. The purchase was made and I bought this car from that dealership because of Rance Like who determined my needs before, I did. The entire process all the way down to working with the service department was exceptional; Arend Macinko assisted me with a syncing concern on my phone, one day when Rance wasn't in and he took the time to help even though I had no appointment, Robert Shoemaker has also been very helpful too. The process of finding and buying the right used car is certainly life lesson, and I wanted pass this along to my daughter. We stopped at Mike Ward Infiniti on weekday evening, and were greeted by Rance Like. He listened to the kind of vehicle I was looking for my daughter to drive. He carefully took notes, and asked questions to clarify details of what was, or wasn't, important in the vehicle. He showed us several different vehicles to choose from, and even let my daughter test drive each one she was interested in. My daughter zeroed in on a Nissan Altima that gave her all she wanted in her first vehicle. And the price was the easiest part of the whole transaction, without the grinding pressure tactics used by other dealers I had dealt with in the past. This made a great example of how to be treated when buying a car for my daughter and myself. She has a car she can afford, I know its been safety inspected and can feel at ease when she's driving a safe and reliable car at college next year. Intelligent Sales Approach I've been searching for a 2010 F-150 Harley Davidson model truck for a couple of weeks and came across a vehicle being offered by Mike Ward Infiniti i I've been searching for a 2010 F-150 Harley Davidson model truck for a couple of weeks and came across a vehicle being offered by Mike Ward Infiniti in Littleton, CO. I live in Scottsdale, AZ so of course I had many questions that had to be answered before I decided to buy. However, let me start from the beginning. I placed an internet query about the vehicle I saw advertised on Autotrader.com. Chad McCaffrey responded the next day to my inquiry by calling me. It was gratifying to see a dealer respond so quickly. I was up-front with Chad, telling him I already was sure to purchase a vehicle from a dealership in Oregon, that I got inspected by Carfax, which gave every inspected area of the vehicle an "Excellent", and it had about 200 few miles on it. It was also fully, $2,500 less than the vehicle offered by Mike Ward Infiniti. So why did I change my mind and purchase from Mike Ward Infiniti? Principally because of Chad's pleasant persistence, the concessions offered, the quick attention given to all my request for information and pictures of the truck, and the involvement of the Sales Manager, Micah Lewis. Micah listened to my discussions and desire to buy the vehicle in Oregon, then politely asked, (paraphrased) "... well, if we can meet your needs, do we have a shot at earning your business?" We've all heard that line before, but Micah came across in a sincere manner, and he earned my tentative, yet skeptical trust. I was equally sincere in my interest in the truck he had for sale, but insistent that the price I wanted to pay was fixed. The truck I placed a deposit on was $35,500. Mike Ward's truck was offered at $38,000, both vehicles were very low miles with about 18,000 miles on them and are high-demand trucks. I required a lot of info on the truck and pictures. Chad immediately provide a bunch of cell-phone pic's, but Micah had his staff jump-to-it and produced in excess of 35 excellent photo's and was completely up-front about any defects found. Still, my number was fixed and I required a Carfax inspection before I would consider buying the their vehicle - which, again, they agreed to. Furthermore - I also had to have the other dealership in Oregon to agree to return my sizeable ($2,500) deposit. If the Oregon dealership declined, I would be locked into the Oregon vehicle. Micah and Chad politely persisted and accepted my need to retrieve my deposit, while at the same time providing all the info and photo's I needed to feel comfortable. So, what I'm saying here is... even though the chances of selling me their F-150 was low, they still worked very hard to give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. So... Customer service... and Quality of Work (information and photo's provided) is/was... EXCELLENT. Although everything up to this point was great, what made the deal work was Micah lowering the price to $36,100, but it included 4 brand new factory OEM Pirelli Scorpion tires. I'm talking brand new, with zero miles on them! OK, so $600 more, but new tires valued at $1,300. My only reservation was getting my deposit back from Oregon, which, to the Oregon dealership's credit - they did. So, the deal was on, just had to get a good Carfax inspection report. This vehicle too, turned out to be Excellent in all areas inspected. So... price was very good, a bit more than what I wanted to pay, but within reason, given the condition, rarity and demand for this vehicle. But, Mike Ward Infiniti's work was not done, they were quick to tie-up loose ends and get the vehicle to me fast. There was paperwork to be completed and transportation of the vehicle to be arranged so I could put hands-on my new truck. Again, in both areas, Micah and Chad excelled. The paperwork was immediately over-knighted with return FedEx envelope to me, and the arrangements for transportation proceeded. The price of transportation was actually less than half the price I had been quoted on-line, from other carriers, so this dealership came-through here too. Micah and Chad made sure that I got my vehicle as soon as humanly possible. They both followed-up with me to keep me informed and comfortable about all the arrangements. The deal closed on Wednesday, had my vehicle on Saturday! Outstanding! This is a long review, but Micah Lewis and Chad McCaffrey worked hard for me even though they were not sure they'd get the sale, yes, that's their job, but still a good review is warranted and they deserve my time. We have been extremely happy with our purchase and the level of service. The purchase process was comfortable and I was happy with the deal that we made. We had to schedule service for a few repairs which were done as soon as the parts came in. Our car was missing a few parts (a seat and headrest) which the dealer dealt with the previous owners and got them to us quickly. The whole process working with them was top notch. If their goal is to make us want to come back and buy an Infiniti for our next car they couldn't have done a better job. More
