Purchasing my car with Tom Von Bank at Mike Ward Infinity I had been looking for several months and have to say that I really couldn't stand looking and buying a new car. Salespeople seem to think that women (blonde) can't make an intelligent decision. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Tom. He was wonderful. He listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted, he only sent messages to me per my request, when he found something that I actually might be interested in. He didn't call or bother me with things that were NOT per my request. It was great to deal with him. He talked to me. When a staff member (manager) was rude and didn't seem to want to work with me on price or trade in, he was basically dismissed from the party and another manager was brought in to complete the deal. The finance manager, Joe, was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the type of financing, warranty, etc that I wanted. He was impressive by getting an extremely low interest rate with just a small change from my side of the transaction. Finally, they booked me a TRAINING session to get to know my car features. This guy came out to my house to change out windshield wipers that I didn't think were working properly and sync the garage door opened with the car. That seemed to be going above and beyond but that is just the way they are at Mike Ward Infinity. I would be happy to recommend this group to any one of my friends and or family. More

It was great working with Alexis, she's very knowledgeable as well as friendly making me very comfortable, going above and beyond to help me even with my headache. I knew what kind of SUV I was looking for, but I didn't wake up thinking I would buy a car that day. Bob got me in for a test drive later afternoon. Bob and the Sales Manger worked with me on my trade-in and the purchase price to get me the monthly payment I needed to be at. The car needed detailing, so I drove off with a brand new Infiniti until my SUV was ready. A week after taking possession, the check engine light came on. It turned out just to be a faulty gas cap (which wasn't their fault, it even passed emissions testing a few days earlier). Mike Ward Infiniti took care of me and did the right thing, replaced the cap at no charge and even wash my car for me. When I'm ready to lease my next car, I know who I will be working with. More
Mike Ward Infiniti -- GREAT I just purchased an Infiniti QX60 (my second Infiniti SUV) at Mike Ward. My internet Sales Manager was Chad McCaffrey (I forgot to ask if he was relat I just purchased an Infiniti QX60 (my second Infiniti SUV) at Mike Ward. My internet Sales Manager was Chad McCaffrey (I forgot to ask if he was related to the Great Denver Broncos Wide Receiver ED McCaffrey). Chad was great to work with. He quoted a very competitive price and there were no hassles when I went to the dealership for my test drive and purchase. The day we went the temperature was around zero degrees, but he had the car inside, warmed up, & ready to go. So after a vehicle overview my wife & I test drove, & to no surprise I loved the ride! We then sat down to go over all of the necessary paperwork while they evaluated my trade in & they came back with a very fair trade on my 2012 Nissan Murano. Then came the appointment with the Director of Finance, Josh. This process went very smoothly as well. He laid out the offers they had available on extended coverages, but there was absolutely no pressure from him to purchase any of them. He also had a very handy insurance chart to show the different coverages of different insurers. This was mainly to confirm coverage for windshields as they have evolved to pretty expensive with all of the technology now incorporated into windshields. So we were able to confirm that my coverage took care of my windshield if anything happened & I did not need the extra expense of their offered coverage -- so this was a great tool he had available to assist the process. So overall I give these 2 gentlemen & the Mike Ward Dealership a 5 STAR Rating & I will definitely give Chad a call when it is time for my wife to buy her next car sometime in 2015. If you are looking for an Infiniti – go to Mike Ward. Highly Recommended by April Zesbaugh and me!! More

Nothing could be further from the truth at Mike Ward Infiniti in Highlands Ranch, Colo., where my wife and I recently traded in our 2008 G35x for a 2012 G37x. The features and online price for the G37x knocked our socks off, and Bob, C.J. and Chad treated us with respect and understanding throughout the process. The whole team at this dealership carries this philosophy. We were impressed to hear about the devotion these veteran salesmen share for the dealership's namesake, Mike Ward. In fact, we're highly impressed with his operations all around. As return customers, we were rewarded for our loyalty to the brand. We got the royal treatment with a great trade-in value and steps to make us even happier. For example, a missing floor mat was quickly replaced by a set of new mats at no cost to us. Details are important to these folks, and we greatly appreciate their attention. I would have no qualms about the treatment my wife would receive if she took the vehicle in for repair, though from our experience, those surprises just don't happen. This is our third Infiniti, and we're sold on the design, engineering and reliability. We'll be back to Mike Ward Infiniti in a couple of years, with enthusiasm. They have our highest recommendation because they earned it. More

We worked with Chad McCaffrey and from the first follow up call to the last signature the process was a dream. We had a strict budget we wanted to stick to and he worked all angles to help us get to a place we felt comfortable with. Josh in finance was also a great closer as all the paperwork was ready to go when we got there. Mike Ward even came out to say hi to our Christmas princess who was being totted around throughout the purchase of the car. All in all, don't think just because you found a good deal at one dealership that you shouldn't try to give Mike Ward Infiniti the business. They really fought hard to keep our business and I am sure when it is my husbands turn to get into a new car we will be going back. Lastly, the communication was key. They were quick to respond to all calls and questions with no time wasted. It was simply a dream experience. More
