Driving at highway speeds when the transmission downshifts to get back up to speed, the amount of jerking that the transmission does it feels as if it is either going to fall out or implode. The rear ended of the truck has a grinding noise. They also sold the truck to me with an open recall of a failed brake leak detection, which could cause the truck to spontaneously catch fire. Dropped the truck off at the dealer shop for service. Got a loaner, grateful for that. However they proceed to tell me that the transmission has no issues. Meaning they didn’t actually check the transmission at all. Didn’t inform me of anything about the rear ended uses I mentioned either. Decided since it had been less than a month of purchasing I wanted to change out vehicles. Got told that I got approved for the loaner I was using. For a specific amount. I get to the dealership and they have a completely basic model of what I was using and tried to sell me that, with negative equity from the lemon they sold me. And get this!! They wanted to jump my payments from 900 a month for a vehicle with over 100k miles, to 1400 a month. When I informed them I could not go over the specified amount. The manager then told me it’s only 200 dollars more so it’s only 50 a week. Told me he couldn’t adjusting more for me than that. So I get to keep the broken truck after they “fix” it. I will be taking it somewhere else to double check the “fixes”. They also set me in this truck with an open recall after blowing my phone up for days with their “voucher” they did not even honor!! Bad credit, no credit my foot. They continued to badger me to get a co signer. I was able to get one, and they told me the price wouldn’t be over 800 a month. I get the final paperwork after everything is said and done and it’s 900 a month where only 325 goes to the principal and almost 600 goes to interest. I do not recommend going to this company whatsoever. I wish I had a Time Machine to go back in time and go somewhere else. How this company has continued to survive with the way they do things, baffles me. More

I had the worst experience here — I came in for a simple oil change and left feeling scammed and disgusted. First off, the customer waiting area was unavailable, so I was told to sit in the sales dept. While I waited, I had to listen to salespeople loudly cussing on their phones and being completely unprofessional. One short white guy — possibly the GM — was openly being a creep toward the young women who work there. It was disgusting and uncomfortable to witness. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I went back to check on my vehicle myself — and only then did they tell me it was done. Then came the shock: they charged me over $100 without ever asking me about extra services. No one mentioned a cabin filter, air filter if it needed replacing. And to make it worse, my washer fluid wasn't even filled. I checked my receipt and saw that they added an "additive" without my consent. Who knows how many other customers are getting charged for things they never agreed to? This place is a total joke. Rude staff, shady charges, and zero professionalism. I will never be back, and I hope others think twice before doing business here. More
Just like many others on this site, Mike Terry Ford misrepresented themselves to get me into their dealership, changed the numbers on a buyers sheet in the hopes that I wouldn't catch it, and tried to misrepresented themselves to get me into their dealership, changed the numbers on a buyers sheet in the hopes that I wouldn't catch it, and tried to charge me almost $4000 for added fees that were not verifiable. Then when I repeatedly asked for any data at all regarding the fees or the processes they represent, no specific data was provided. My opinion of this dealership and the service they provide is obvious. My suggestion/recommendation to anyone who may be considering this dealership for anything in their inventory, or their service, avoid at all costs. You will regret it. I'm currently working with the BBB. FoMoCo also has a complaint website. If you have experienced an issue that might benefit a potential customer and save them time and money, use the resources available, and sooner or later things will change for the better. More

Instead, Joe thinks that if he hides the price of vehicles (after the stealership changed the price when I expressed that I was coming down from Alaska and would by said vehicle), Mike Terry Ford increased the price by 3k on a vehicle that sat for 130 or more days according to a sales site. When I reviewed them on Facebook, they took their entire page down within 2 hours as there were only 4 reviews, all 1 star. Mike Terry Ford is abbreviated MTF but is should be abbreviated as xxx. Service center has bad reputation & bad customer experience. They need commitment, compassion & competence in business. I have a penchant to support local but their service is a major let down. You could tell the advisers are clueless, the mechanics have low morale & retention is a problem. They will return the car with dirty interior, the cover of the obd was ripped, doesn't honor the scheduled timeframe even for a simple audio problem. After 3 hours + lunch hour, they are just pulling in my car to the bay. Years of tolerance to short comings & dissatisfaction has reached its limit. They lose a capable customer & a local supporter. One of the shadiest dealers I have ever been to. Online they offered $500 off any vehicle, I had to insist on it in order to get it. They did not give me the trade in value I was quoted. They yo-yo’d us for almost six hours. “Sign this” “almost there” “working on financing” etc. At the 6 hour mark they know we are tired and hungry and willing to do anything to be done, We sign all the paperwork and the very last document is the financing. It was over $6000 above what we agreed on. I knew what our agreed amount was and tax and license and fees should have been $1500 ish. They tried to sneak in a “Mike Terry” package for over $4000 that added very little value to the car if any. That affected our rate and taxes and everything. I had to walk out and then threaten to walk out a second time before they removed the package and made the price what it was supposed to be. Worst car buying experience ever and I have bought and driven a lot of cars. If I could give less than one star I would. They advertise a great price and don’t tell you until you are vested in the deal that isn’t the real price. Tell me up front so I can negotiate and don’t waist my entire day. Never going back. I hope you don’t go there and experience the same thing. It looked like the other people there were experiencing the same thing I was. More

Fish and Pedro were wonderful doing all they could do We waited 3 1/2 hours there only to come to find out the owner pulled Fish off of a waiting paying customer just to move cars ! Not only were we waiting 2 other customers too !This is totally not customer service it shows he could careless about his customers ! What can I say "Dick"Scott name says it all! A wise suggestion is your never to OLD to take some customer relations courses , might need a few refresher courses . More

I was kept apprised of the schedule for delivery each week. After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More
