Even though I had an appointment, the salesman only spent a total of approximately 5 min with me. While I was at the dealership sent me home (because he was working with another customer). The next day called me and had me fill out financing info online then didn’t contact me until 5 days later. Worst experience of my life. Treated me awful. I do not recommend. Every other car purchase I have complete - was done in a few hours. I do not recommend. More
Great Deal; Lousy service after the sale..... The initial car buying experience was one of the best I ever had. I worked with Aaron and Markus in sales and I couldn't be happier with the purchase price of the vehicle and the value of my trade. However, I was disappointed in the appearance of my brand new 2015 GMC Sierra that had flaws in the paint on the hood, deep scratches in the bed that were covered up by a drop in bed liner installed by Mike Smith, and staining on the rear seat. I was assured all would be taken care of to my satisfaction. A few days after taking delivery of the vehicle and signing over my trade it was discovered that I would not be eligible for a particular GM discount that was offered in my deal. The owner and I agreed to split the difference of the discount that was owed. Two trips to the service department to have the pre-sale issues mentioned above addressed and the paint on the hood still feels and looks gritty, there are additional scratches on the hood from their detail shop, and there is rustproofing overspray all over the roof and body of the truck, and additional compounding material smeared on the rear seat of the truck. The collision shop manager's response: "nothing is perfect." So I pointed out a similar truck in the shop and said, "make it feel/look like that." I tried escalating the issue to management only to find out that I was dealing with the service manager already. I then tried to escalate to ownership and never received a call back. I finally spoke with the owner, Mike Smith, and he advised that I take it to someone else and pay out of pocket for the repairs as he feels I could never be satisfied and his best efforts were made. My truck was never sent to their collision shop, never compounded and polished, never wet sanded, never offered to repaint the affected panels.............in other words, no attempts to remedy the problem aside from a quick clay bar likely by some young man/woman who has no clue what they are doing. Mr. Smith reminded me of the issue encountered with the discount after the sale and it would seem that because of that, my satisfaction was no longer a priority. When someone purchases a vehicle valued at $49,000.00 there is certainly a level of quality and craftsmanship expected. Those are two items that Mike Smith Buick GMC is neither capable or willing to provide. You may very well get a great deal on the purchase price of the vehicle, but don't expect any worthwhile customer service after the sale, or for them to honor promises they made during the sale. Sometimes it's just worth paying a little more to receive the satisfaction and treatment you deserve. Mr. Smith: I feel it is immoral and unethical to victimize a customer because you are unsatisfied with a deal that YOU agreed to. More

The owner, Mike Smith, and our salesman Eric Goodwin helped me out by making sure they held the vehicle I wanted until I recovered from surgery AND they gave me a great deal besides. Drove 6 miles to next Buick dealer got $3000 for my trade wich I put $1000 down and took the balance for a future road trip to Florida. And the lease payment was $10 cheaper. More

I was very happy with the treatment I received from this dealership. Their used car lot had very nice cars that were already serviced and NYS inspected. Manager Joe Miranda helped out too by giving me a year's worth of oil changes! A great place to do business. More
